My haircut was canceled an hour before my appointment. I received a phone call from the receptionist stating that my stylist wasn't available. I completely understand if someone has an emergency or is out sick but this sounded like a scheduling error on the salon's part.
Given that the majority of salons require their clients to cancel a minimum of 24-48 hours in advance, I'm not sure why 1 hour was deemed acceptable for canceling on a client.
The receptionist phone call should have taken place in the morning, not 1 hour before the appointment.

This is my second visit with Rachel, and she does amazing work. She has excellent attention to detail, helped me to select just the right color for my hair, and gave me the perfect cut and style. Rachel is a very talented stylist, and I can't wait to get my next cut with her. I received so many compliments and am grateful I found her! She's the best!

Been going to this salon for years now. Love Sarah, my hair genius! Everyone is friendly and they are always on time and give you exactly what you want. If you ask for something that won’t work for your hair type, they work with you on what you can do and won’t steer you wrong. Never had a bad thing to say about any of the hundred times I’ve been here. Definitely try them out, you won’t be disappointed!

My hair was very long, almost to my waist. I wanted a lot cut off and let my hair stylist know. While facing the mirror, I pulled all of my hair to the front and put my finger halfway between my shoulder and the middle of my breast. She said okay and we started walking to the sink to wash my hair. She said wait, let's cut some off first, which I was fine with since we were going to cut a good amount off anyways. I sit back in the chair and she pulls all of my hair to the back and cuts. She shows me the chunk of hair she cut off and I immediately think that it looks like a lot more than we had to discussed. When I get back up to walk to the sink, I feel the hair at the nape of my neck and realize it's only, maybe, 3-4 inches long. There's no way that my hair in the back will pull forward to the middle of my chest like I said I wanted. I try and calm my thoughts and just tell myself it will grow back and maybe it'll look cute. When she starts cutting she's asking about lengths to cut the hair on the side of my head and I told her no, not that short, I said I wanted it the the middle of my breast (the hair infront is still longer than in back since she pulled it all backwards to make the first cut). I don't know if this is when she realized she messed up or she realized it before and that's why she was asking again about length. She finishes the cut and asks about style. Asks if I want it smooth or beach waves, I say beach waves. When she's all finished and I look, the "beach waves" are my hair completely flat to the middle of my ear and some sad curls on the very end. She asks if I like it, I mumble Mhmm, pay and tip appropriately because I'm not a jerk and then I go in the car and call my husband to cry. When I get home and straightened it, I can see she did a pretty drastic A-line cut, I'm assuming to try and save some length in the front (the front was still 3-4 inches shorter than I asked for). But that's how I know she knows she messed up, because you don't give someone an A-style cut unless they specifically ask for it. I'm very disappointed because I felt like I wasn't listened to, the stylist messed up and never verbally acknowledged it and she couldn't even do a beach wave. I usually get my hair done at salon hype but they couldn't get me in last minute, so I tried this place. I will NEVER come back.

Loved this salon! I rarely get my hair cut but I’m not sure I’ve ever loved my hair this much. Crystal was so great!

Poor front desk service. Attempted to schedule but was instead hung up on (I actually heard the phone slam), I guess they don't need new clients.
