I would love to see the store carry Feline Natural Lamb & Salmon pouches to offer a healthier wet food or Smalls so I could try this food for my kitties. “I am a loyal customer here. Their grooming service are the best. Nicky is my Groomer for my dogs. She's awesome. So kind & sweet to them. My dog is difficult to get her nails clipped. The Vet had to sedate her and my dog suffered for it. I tried it here and met Nicky who was great. Now she's gone. Ruby who is new here was able to calm my dog get her nails done fast with no sedation or problems.That's how good she was. All their staff is great! I'm glad I can keep coming here for my dogs grooming needs!”

I tried the delivery service for the first time and I was more than satisfied with the ease of the online order with their own staff delivery. Not only did he tell me that they had them in stock but also told me how to measure my dogs feet for the right sizing and explain everything to me so well. Genuinely so thankful for urban mutt and their employees!”

“What can I really say about PerSmart...except they have a large variety of cat food...which is what pertains to us...and a heck of a lot if other stuff u can find for ur cats too...and also a karge dog selection if food and items...they have birds there and sometimes other adoptable small animals...and i even think i have seen cats there for adoption too...very friendly and helpful associates...and it is nice that people can also bring their pets into the store too...never used their clinic...so do not really know much about that...defenitely worth giving this place a chance....much luv...k”

“I find it’s easier to find anything on line. The staff are not very present or covering the store. People are friendly if you can find them. If you know what you are looking for, buy online, Petco seems to be more geared for home delivery.”
“The stores always clean and the staff is always very friendly the adoptable cats cages are always clean and the cats look healthy. The Fish department also looks very clean and they always have deals or sales. This is a very convenient location close to other shops and off of the expressway and also restaurants in case you get hungry.”
