Super helpful staff! Walked in with a rough idea of the type of shoe I wanted (size, level of cushion, heel-toe offset) and the assistant came back with two pairs that both felt great, and advised me on which was more suitable for a novice. Lovely neighborhood local business, will be coming back!

I wanted to commend Kim yesterday. She helped me buy my first running shoes. She is so experienced. I loved how she could read my feet and mind whenever tried a pair of shoes. I highly recommend working with Kim. I'm very happy with my purchase and experience.

Popped in today to try on Hokas, and had an absolutely lovely morning thanks to Megan! She helped me find exactly what I needed and wanted, and was super kind, helpful, and patient. Great, cultivated selection of quality shoes and other products, and knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely be back!

Peak Running in La Grange is a fantastic shoe/running store. I have had a positive experience each of the five times I have shopped in there. None more positive than over the past weekend, with sales associate/Megan.Megan personified what customer service is all about on both days (Saturday; Sunday) I entered Peak Running. On Saturday, she was a major help in exchanging a pair of shoes for a better pair of shoes (at least for I was looking for).The pair of shoes that was coming my way was not to arrive until Sunday. Megan promptly called me when they arrived, and in finishing off her all-world weekend performance, she waited 5-10 minutes past closing time to accede my request, as I was coming from far away. Hence, I was able to get my shoes on Sunday as opposed to Monday.Thanks again, Megan!

I do not recommend this business at all. I have never in my life been treated so aggressively.I live a block away and always pass this place. I wanted to stop in because I knew I was due for some good gym shoe’s especially because I have dropped foot which makes it hard for me to find the right shoes. I knew which brand and size I needed. I asked for two styles in my size and this is the ONLY time she got me shoes.I was there for 5 minutes… I took 5 minutes of her time. After only ONE TIME of her bringing me shoes she immediately said she’s not bringing out anything else for me to try on because I wasn’t buying right away….I wasn’t buying that day I wanted see if they would even support them before coming back for them.. I left embarrassed and disappointed. There’s a reason that place is always empty.

The staff at Peak Running are some of the most knowledgeable and caring in the business. As a physical therapist, I refer my runners there all the time for shoe fittings. They are the best. Highly recommend all their store for your running footwear, apparel, and nutrition needs!
