Unprofessional workers, poor communcation and bad service, we booked one load from them and regretted it, terrible workers and liars will never take a load from them again.I booked a load with Ivan, was told I will receive a rate con and I never did. Called, called and called and he did not hook my phone. Then they try to lie and say the load was cancel. They couldnt even let me know, hey you dont have this load! really poor service with terrible workers

I booked a load with NWIC last week and I cancelled that load without reason but soon I get reason from my driver and I asked them to cancel the load and those brokers are very kind and cooperative. NWIC is a great brokerage and I appreciate them for this cooperation.I am looking forward to work with them for next time.

This place is trash they will hire people to get them direct customers and make them money then fire you and will not pay you your Play commission they will lie and say you never made the monthly 10,000 a month in gross profit even though you made it every week if you ever work for them keep a copy of your signed B.O.L’s
