I trusted Mega Handlers with my “Big Sexy” Dodge Ram 1500. The guys were professional, transparent and very informative. If you have a problem with your truck - don't take it here. Steve will be nice talking, but will not fix your problem. We took in our truck with the transmission problem. He said it is broken transmission and needs to be changed. So we went and spent $8k to fix it. Took a month to replace it. It was one excuse after another. A month later we got the truck back. Guess what - a week later - the SAME EXACT problem. Now it is an electrical problem. Took 3 weeks to figure out how to fix it. We finally got the truck back, drove for a week and guess what? The same exact problem.

These guys are true engineers. Instead of throwing in parts, they meticulously went step by step eliminating possible causes to determine the actual cause of the problem. This was beneficial to me as it was an intermittent failure, which was not readily reproduceable. And, they solved it!
