“I think most people get online to give reviews when they are angry, but fewer get on when they're happy. I just want to share my experience at this store:
I'm a regular customer, I've even paid for a personal mailbox at this location. The two staff members cared to learn my name. They are friendly, greet me when I come in, and add that old-school personal touch that one only hears about.
Even when they are very busy (which is often), they are courteous and respectful. I've seen customers come in who didn't follow the return instructions on their labels (some packages require the *customer* to do the packing while others the store does), but the staff don't lose their cool, even when the customer gets angry and sarcastic.
I've seen them bend over backwards to try and help customers figure out their last-minute needs.
I know that I enter and leave this store smiling every single time.
All in all, I'm a loyal customer and will remain so as long as I'm living in the area.”
“The owner personally helped me with a DHL return that I was apprehensive about after a terrible experience at another DHL carrier nearby. He took the time to make sure the return would be in proper order then spent the time to engage in a brief, friendly conversation.
