“The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”

“I just arrived back from a long vacation with family yesterday. Went to a sister shop on Division near Rockwell closer to me. They recommended this local for the immediate help I needed that same day. My iPhone 8 broke a month back right as my vacation began, and I thought I’d have to pay a huge sum for a new phone. With Mike’s help I was able to afford a new phone and a new pair a headphones within my budget. Amongst other things they assisted with they’re checking the condition of my iPhone 8 at this current moment to see if anything can done to salvage it. I’ll be looking forward to a call back soon on its condition. I’ve been with boost for nearly three years now and I’m overall feeling highly positive about the in-store service. “I came in a week ago to get a new account. I really wanted the iPhone 14 pro, and since it was on backorder, they had to have it shipped to me. A few days later, I had my phone! I didn't expect it to get it so fast! The associates here are so helpful! And I'm not an easy person to deal with when it comes to services. I'm here again today, December 17, 2022 because I tried to activate my new device at home and totally FAILED! The online chat support associates were of no help and they redirected me to go to a T-Mobile store. Since I had a great experience last week, I came back for help. Today I was helped by Norelys, who is AMAZING! She was able to get my new device activated and help me bring up the iCloud backup on this new iPhone 14 pro device! 110% Recommend this location! I'm walking out a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!”

“I've been to three other T-Mobile locations in the past week. They each told me that my id was unacceptable. This woman simply scanned the temp driver's license and moved on with the sale. The hillside location had just today told me that my id was illegal and refused to talk to me. This place gets my business. Jessica is an exemplary customer service person. We had planned to go back the next day to complete the purchase but have been delayed by car trouble.”
