Kathleen is the best yoga teacher in the entire Chicagoland area. I have known her for over 30 years and studied with her for 10. I now live in Florida and have been unable to find anyone who has studied Iyengar yoga and understands and shares it in the way she does. Her sharing of love and her intuitive understanding of each student's needs deepens each class. Her knowledge and study of the physiology and technical details of asana are second to none. I would recommend her classes to all levels of student. You will be blessed and changed. Your practice will deepen and your life will never be the same if you walk thru the door at Garden of Yoga.
