HEY FEDEX CORPORATE OFFICE IN PITTSBURGH! If you're reading this, please send help to the McCook terminal. And when you do, please let it be a surprise because Jose and Steve like to coach the managers on what to say and what not to say. The district told them to stop running extra packages through the sort, but they choose to do it anyway as if no one is going to notice. And on top of all that, they choose to send 1/3 of the crew home leaving only a skeleton crew to unload all the packages, which makes dispatch time late. And on other days there's a full crew with light work, and they still can't get done on time. Can someone explain why it takes until 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. to unload 20k packages? And can someone also explain why the trailers from Indiana are always late on Fridays? And can someone further explain what is the purpose of CPC? Other than annoying the drivers and making their day worse. All they do is lie to the drivers and the customers. A customer could cancel a delivery and CPC will send the driver anyway. When you do send help, help the Bedford Park hub as well and have a chat with Derek at CPC.

Never! I repeat, NEVER ship with Fedex or use this location. All of their drivers are lazy and incompetent. They never attempt to deliver my packages. They always drive past my house and claim “we tried to deliver”. All while they leave no door tag or anything. Then when I call them for an update, they tell me “you have to come pick it up here”. Hahahaha that’s funny. That’s going to be a big NO. Im not driving, wasting gas just to do something your lazy drivers should have done since the start. I told them, “you better deliver it to an access point near my house or I lawyer up to sue”. They then told me they would deliver to an access point. We’ll see if that’s true. If they don’t, you better get ready for a lawsuit FailEx. Im coming for you! I have your “attempts to deliver” all on camera!

Driver went to my neighbors house instead of mine and rang their doorbell and then drove off and by the time I saw this unfold on my camera, he was gone. Now I have to wait till Monday to get my package.Total incompetence. If you can't read an address what are you doing making deliveries.

Fed ex is the absolute worst. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a package and put SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO CONTACT ME As the address is a private organization and not open during business hours. As I called not once but twice got transferred to people in other countries. And on top of that was lied to and was told my package would be delivered within a couple of hours. I would rather deliver anything myself or pick it up than ever have fed ex handle any of my orders again. I hope your company so.e how goes bankrupt and out of business

why is fedex still in business? they are absolute trash ! they can’t deliver a package on time. LIE about delivery attempts and ORDER you the customer to go do their job and pickup your own package.

Driver just decided not to come into my street and lied about not finding my address, now I have to wait 3 more days to receive my package after waiting a whole week, This is not acceptable, they should hire people with integrity and not thugs, I was waiting outside and never saw a truck come into my street at all, it's very frustrating.Fedex, I don't know how you are still in business, really.

En verdad no se merecen pero ni una estrella...tienen retenido mi paquete tiene ya eso 20 días q l pedí y disque la dirección no es la correcta,y si me llegó una notificación de ellos Fedex AM dirección y porque no me llegó mi paquete ? entonces si disque está need correct addrees y llamo y no contesta entonces quién reclamo mi paquete ??

The reason you aren't getting your packages or if they're damaged, lost or late is because one of the managers was caught stealing. They found over $3,000 worth of merchandise in his locker. Also, they have some new idiot running the van lines named Marcus. He finds every excuse not to load the drivers trucks (see pictures) and constantly causes problems, making the drivers late to their route everyday. The head managers, Steve & Jose, were notified about this and chose to do nothing about it. So if anyone has any pull with the higher ups at Fedex, you should pass these pictures along.

Was supposed to get a ring on my bell or call on delivery but i did not. I'm not the only person who says they see the FedEx driver sit in the car w the hazards on and they claim to "attempt " the delivery but don't then mark customer unavailable. This is unacceptable. I waited by my window all day and the driver didn't even bother getting out of his vehicle . I'm a mail man myself it takes 2 seconds to ring someone's bell or knock on the window. Disappointed is all .

I used to work there in 2015 doing loading, its not a bad job its 4hrs, i gave up because it was far I was bicycling and getting on the bus from a long distance wasn't used to it

Very disappointed with communication first of all, my package is being held hostage and as I went through the reviews it seems to be a common problem which doesn't seem to be fixed .I wonder if the one who's in response even cares about the company's image and their customers

Package was supposed to be delivered today, I've seen the driver park in front of my house with the hazards on and not even get out of the car and leaves marking it as no one was home to recieve it
