Terry at the LaGrange location was very helpful when we were selecting the pattern and color of the carpeting for a staircase and entry way rug. It looks good with the adjoining rooms. However, we did not want the waterfall installation on the stairs because it does not look nearly as finished as the alternative which fits tightly to the stairs. This was specified when we placed the order but the installation was with the waterfall design. We are VERY disappointed with this!

After trying 4 flooring stores, which all seem to have limited luxury tile options, we finally found DeSitter—they had so many options. We finally saw just the Italian stone look we wanted. It also turned out that our old Chicago bungalow had an uneven floor. Their tile team used a leveling compound to get all the new tile nice & flat. My husband & I are so delighted with the beautiful new kitchen floor.

I had a great experience with our recent stair runner project! I worked with Janissa. She was fantastic and very patient when I decided to go with a different color and style than I had chosen originally. I’ll update with a before and after picture once the project is complete!

I wish I could have had a better consult with color choices but the salesperson did an overall great job and was very kind and curtious. She went above and beyond with her time and customer service. The installers were very efficient and professional. The men did a great job and are very hard workers.

Carpet arrived first thing in the morning, furniture moved safely for installation. A bedroom and a set of stairs were carpeted. Both are well done. Our salesperson, Aleksandra, was helpful and made the whole process easy. Pricing was fair.
