I have visited this branch on two separate occasions and was greeted with a warm welcome each time. On our latest visit, Meanna was friendly, professional, and helped us resolve our needs. I'm glad this is my local Bank of America branch.

This bank has only one teller. They don't seem to value customers time or banking concerns. Probably better to find another location or a new bank to do your banking.

I scheduled an appt for a wire transfer between 3:30 and 3:45pm at this branch. There was only one teller actively working, from what I could tell. I could be wrong. I had to wait in line to inform the teller I had an appt. The teller told me someone would be with me in 2-3 mins and to have a seat. I had to actually make a call into the branch to let them know I was physically waiting in the lobby to be attended because I had already been waiting 20 mins. Someone finally told me it would only a couple more minutes. It's all about expectations people. Why schedule an appt if it will not be honored? Why tell me 2-3 mins when it's really +20mins? Time is money and money is time. Maybe it's time to move my money elsewhere? ?

How can you be closed at 3:00 PM on a Friday?

Very unreliable branch. If you prefer a teller to using their ATM, it’s hit or miss. On-line says the branch is open (assuming the lobby too), but sometimes when you get there, a sign on the doors says “temporarily closed”, (at times they are open too). Get your act together B of A!

I work for a business that deposits everyday and the Bank of America near me was closed so I made the 30 minute hike. I walked up to the teller and said she couldn’t do more than 3 deposits at a time. We argued back and forth and she wanted me to leave 7 deposit slips in the nightly drop on a Friday when my company needs the money in the bank today. The teller deposited 3 then took a customer pushing me to the side and then depositing the next 4 but in all it took 9 minutes she could’ve done 7 deposits in less than 6 minutes. Very rude.

Greeted right away in such a friendly manner. Jean helped my son set up a new account expeditiously. She was already incredibly helpful and patient on a busy Saturday morning.

I have now started receiving spam emails from the people at this branch. Some stock broker that sits in their building wants to sell me stuff, presumably at a princely commission. Bank of America owns Merrill Lynch, the stock brokerage, and they are now feeding the emails of banking customers to their stock brokers. All I want from BOA is banking stuff - CD's and credit cards - not stocks which I deal with from a discount broker, avoiding the excessive commissions.
