“I had a Saturday early afternoon appointment for my 2013 VW GLI and they clearly had a lot of cars to do. Consistently updated me and apologized for the wait - though I was fine - I appreciated the consideration! I’m not sure if it was due to the delay or what but they went well above and beyond my expectations. My car is gorgeous! My car had spent a bit too long between washes and under Oak Park trees and birds, and the interior, that’s a whole other story. They took care of all of it! Had a pretty ugly rear quarter scuff they waxed out. All way more than I could have asked for. Will continue to recommend because these guys do an excellent job and really care about how the car leaves vs what they are obligated to do. Can’t say enough great things about them!”
“Originally booked an interior detailing but had to reschedule a few times due to weather. When I did get the detail done, it was great. The guys came out to my house and they took it from there. I did have the car in the garage to avoid the rain but they worked around everything and the car looks pristine again. Definitely recommend the O-Zone treatment if there’s even a hint of odor in the vehicle. Will be looking for an exterior detail once the weather gets nicer.”

“Took my truck in for minor damage (scratches and chips in the paint) as well as a small dent. Not only did I get my truck back looking better than when I got it on the exterior. But they went above and beyond detailing my interior before pick up! They noticed the small details I never did. When I picked up my truck from them it looked better than the day I got it. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Even my dad who used to be a body and paint guy was extremely impressed with the results.”

“My son broke a hinge piece on his soft top which was keeping it from closing. When we contacted the JEEP dealer, they said we should try TopStore. Lucky for us, we were already storing our hard top with them. I just wasn't aware they did repairs as well. I emailed them a video of the damage and they said I would most likely have to replace the whole top but to come down to the shop and they would see what they could do. They fit me in on a Saturday morning without hesitation. I personally dealt with Jim & Kamil. Kamil fortunately had a soft top in the shop they used for parts. Somehow, he fixed the hinge and made it work. Not only did he fix the top, he took the time to show me how to get the top on and off without too much trouble. He was patient with me instead of just telling me to go watch some videos. That kind of customer service is not easy to find these days. Despite my lack of knowledge, they treated me with respect and grace and I was most appreciative. The icing on the cake is that they only charged me for some labor and parts. They know I'll be back for a new soft top...eventually because they took to time to treat their customer well. I definitely recommend this business for their knowledge and customer service!!!”

“I’ve been going here since 2000 when it was under a different ownership. Back then it was a simple basic car wash place which was all I needed for my Honda Civic I used to drive. About 3 years ago, I started returning here and found it even better for the overall wash & price compared to other car wash facilities. The manual wash bay uses pretty good filtered hot water that doesn’t harm your car’s paint and provides you with optional additional cleaners to perfect your car’s appearance. They also have automatic touch-less wash bays which are great when your in a rush. The gold coins you collect from the touch-less washes can also be used for vacuum and other washes. The owner here is very knowledgeable and helpful with any kind of inquiry to your vehicle wash. He does an excellent job maintaining the place and is a very friendly person.”
“Highly recommend DECON. The service is mobile so you don't need to go anywhere and wait in a lobby, drinking bad coffee for several hours while waiting for your car. The service is brought to your home. The business owner brings all required supplies and equipment. You just need to provide an outlet....We have a 12 year old vehicle that is used to transport three dogs. We had significant amounts of dog hair woven into the carpet and other mud and slobber stains on the seats. The car looked nearly new when DECON finished. Very impressed... Business owner has exceptionally personable disposition and high integrity. He'll give you an honest assessment of the level of service necessary to meet your requirement. There were no surprises from what we had discussed on our original phone call... I would never bring my car into a detailing shop again, knowing there is a high-quality service that will come to me. “I recently visited Francias car wash and I had an amazing experience. Even on a busy Saturday at 1pm, they were able to get my car in and out in just 30 minutes. The quality of their work was outstanding! As a busy volleyball mom, my car looks so good that I would even give my boss a ride in it. The car smells great without any overpowering scents, and they even gave me 2 complimentary air refreshers. The attention to detail is impressive, with the outside of the car looking perfectly shiny and the wheels and rims spotless. The interior feels like it's brand new. The staff members are friendly and kind, which made the whole car wash experience comfortable and enjoyable. Both were so expertly repaired and painted that I could not tell where the damage was originally. The owners are super nice people that get things done when they say they'll be done. Have gone to them for repairs before and their attention to detail makes for one happy customer!”
