They do not try to upsell here like some other places in Villa Park. Their prices are reasonable and their work is top quality. I have nothing but wonderful things to say after getting my oil change here. It was one of the fastest oil changes I have gotten, too. Also, I did not have to make an appointment and they were able to take me right away on a week night after work. “JM Auto saved us. We had arrived to O'Hare, and our car broke down right before we were leaving for vacation. They answered the phone at 10pm on a Saturday to let us know we could have it towed and dropped off there. They had it up and running within days, and it was waiting for us when we flew back into Chicago. We had a 6 hour drive ahead of us to get home and made it safely. I can't say enough good things about their outstanding customer service. Thank you!”

“The maintenance techs were very helpful and clear at what needed to be worked on. I went in for a oil change, and they identified brakes, air filer, and oil change all NEEDED to be done. This was already brought to my attention, so the price was going to decided if I went with them for the work. The price was very fair, and much cheaper than any dealership. I immediately allowed them to work on the car. The entire process took less than an hour, and the car seems to be running like new. I would very much recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone who needs car maintenance.”
