“I was in recently, I noticed that you guys had switched things around since the previous time I had been in, there was a younger guy I believe his name was John, he was very well versed in almost every department he was able to help me find wood stain as well a specific bolt, and gave me a good recommendation on some grass seed, I really am greatful for the good service this store has to offer.”
“Aside from the fact that they have pretty much everything you need if you're making a small run to the hardware store and they've got some really premium lumber, but beside that they have one of the best cashiers I have ever encountered. He has joke after joke and is always smiles. He will literally brighten your day. He is one of the biggest reasons why I choose to come in to this ace versus going to any other hardware store. He really deserves a raise or some type of promotion or bonus.”
“I had broken the elbow off my bathtub drain shoe while trying to get the drain out. Spent days trying to find a replacement on the Internet. Failed a couple times. Decided to go to Harlem plumbing. The salesman took a couple seconds, and gave me everything I needed.Drain fixed!I had the slip joint nut and plumbers putty already. He had, the shoe the drain and the gasket for me. Very happy with the service.”

Relatively small jobs, but he took care to complete the repairs right and at a low price. Communication throughout the process was also great. Highly recommended.”

“If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Mike talked me through a shower cartridge replacement with the correct components since I had previously ordered some on Amazon and while they worked, they were not quite right. Mike asked me to call him later to make sure they were worked. Now my shower works like new. Great place! Terrific customer service.”

“Boy when you need tools you should definitely check here... even if you don't need tools you should come here and check it out!! But really this place has great deals on tools if you ask me they're not the very best ones but they are definitely affordable... If you are looking for the right tool at a lower price this is your place... If you are looking for high quality eh they're not bad really... I'm here to tell you that you get what you pay for... Will harbor freight hammers hammer in that nail hell yeah will that harbor freight screw driver screw and unscrew hell yeah... will it last you as long as others probably... but when it comes to the bigger tools and some of the other stuff that you find at harbor freight I'm not sure exactly how long they will last.... comparing tools one to the next is all about need and want what do you need compared to what do you want... this is the part of the review where I add on some extra words for extra points... oooooh points...!! “Courteous, knowledgeable proprietor. Only went in for keys but will be returning for some bigger purchases. Don't let the size of the frontage on 63rd. The store stretches back almost to the alley. It's what a hardware store should look like.”
