“I have been in several Dollar Tree locations and this store is EXCELLENT. Staff is friendly and helpful! I have never encountered an issue. Today I called to see if an item I was looking for was in stock. The person told me that they were just receiving their shipment and would call me back to let me know if they got any. They kept their word and called back! Now this is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I reached out to the Corporate Office to forward this compliment as well.”
“We was able to get what we needed but the wait time was crazy. The cashier ( name tag said GET) called 3 times for help and when the other cashier came she had an attitude. Before I left I let her know that she was doing an amazing job despite the lack of help.”

“Amazing employees amazing manager that I got to deal with today unfortunately, some of the customers are not so nice. Just witnessed an employee being completely rude to the manager on duty and she handled it very well. The young woman was cussing at her and she told her to have a blessed day. “The woman that runs this location doesn’t get enough credit she’s so amazing she handles overwhelming situations she handles rude situations she handles call offs/ shortage of staff, and so many other things with grace. She’s up and in that store on days I personally think she deserves a break. She is the reason I come there. I use to be an assistant store manager for dollar general and it’s not easy at all but the way she handles her job needs better yet DESERVES recognition from the company. I remember I came 3 times in 1 day and she was there every time handling each customer with the upmost respect. I’ve walked into this location and she’s the only one there and she’s still treated everyone with respect. It’s her job but we are humans as well and her job she doesn’t do SHE DOES MORE THEN HER JOB. This lady is amazing and Dollar General is blessed to have her.-a neighborhood regular-”

“Great customer service, awesome cashier, ok products. I went to get a few household essentials and they were sold out, due to the time of day I went and it being Easter weekend. I also had 2 items that I wanted to exchange from 2 other Dollar Tree stores due to them being duplicate items that I'd purchased before. They exchanged them no questions asked without even asking to see my receipts. Great customer service, I will be checking them out again!”

“Why was the store's license suspended???I found out that the health department found rat droppings, roch infestation and expired food products. What a shame, I wonder if they are ever going to reopen??I went to the store on Diversey and it was filthy. I won't be surprised if that location is closed next.”
“They are out of alot products in some areas and have and abundance of products in others areas. I don't blame the store for this it's the state of the world right now. “Best dollar tree in the area! This location is always fully stocked and I have never seen a messy sales floor. Also very nice parking lot. Paulette, a manager here, is the sweetest! She made sure my sister and I left with all the graduation balloons we needed. She was very willing to help us. Cant thank her enough!”
