I really didn't do much business here, but I did have two significant transactions to take care of in recent history- - ordering Euros for a trip - closing down my accounts On both occasions, the staff was really helpful. I got directed to the right waiting areas immediately and was offered a coffee while I waited. The Euro transaction was great- there is no additional charge if you have a PNC account, and the current exchange rate is applied to your requested amount of money. I got the money sooner than quoted too. I closed my accounts, not due to dissatisfaction, but for convenience with my new marital status. I got to sit down with a banker who made updates like changing my name in my account to make the subsequent check deposit easier for me. It was a fast and easy transaction. I would recommend for sure!”
