Great organization. What all shelters should be. This what thought initially. We adore the cat we got but I suggest you double check that the cat you select is as healthy as they say .
After 6 weeks our own vet has discovered parasite, ear infection , and a cat they advertised as declawed is not .
Be careful

The people at CatNap from the heart are very professional, kind, and courteous.I had a wonderful and pleasant experience and I found my little fur baby and brought her home. The process was rather quick and I was out the door within 10 minutes! These people are great at what they do and their customer service mannerisms in dealing with customers is awesome! Thank you for your help

When I found a kitten and couldn't keep it myself, the local vet suggested CatNap from the Heart, which is a no kill shelter. Though they were full when I called, the owner said she would foster the kitten herself. The facility was bright and clean with a vet on staff in order to get the needed care for this kitten, so I knew the kitten was in good caring hands.

So kind, caring and supportive. It’s good to be able to help foster and contribute with positive feedback (unlike so many other groups).
Definitely recommend fostering and adopting through the right places!

We adopted the sweetest cat ever from this place, and the cats here seem pretty happy. My only issue is, my wife applied to be a volunteer and was very excited about the prospect, studying the shelter and following its events, but they never responded to her--even with my prompting. If you don't need (or want) her, at least have the courtesy to respond to her.

Soooo many sweet cats here. You can really tell that they care for the cats here and take in as many as possible to save more lives. I fostered with them and the process is incredibly easy. Highly recommend stopping by if you're curious about adding a kitty in your life!

I took a cat home she had just given birth to a litter of kittens her nipples were still exposed this place is a kitten mill they do not spay or neuter there cats until they have no choice. SPAY NEUTER AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY AGAIN YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO END UP WITH A CAT THAT THEY COUGHT ON THE STREETS AND DO NOT FIX TILL THEY GET YOUR MONEY

I had a stray pregnant cat that I was feeding, but could not bring her in the house because it would not have gone well with my indoor cat. I called the local shelter here because I was so very worried about her giving birth in this winter weather. They accepted her and transferred her to CatNap From The Heart, where she has been in a foster home for pregnant cats. I call about once a week to see how she is doing, and they are so nice, and their reviews are excellent. I have peace of mind in knowing she is being well cared for. Thank you, CatNap From The Heart, for caring ?

Catnap is the most wonderful place on earth for felines. Dr Chrissy and her staff work tirelessly servicing local cats, stray cats, injured cats, and orphaned cats. I highly recommend them if you’re in this area.

Yes, the smell was rather offensive, but I'm also concerned about the number of cats who were sneezing almost continuously. Is there a virus going around or are toxic cleaning products being used that are irritating so many of their cat?. The women there were friendly and helpful, but an experienced vet needs to check this situation ASAP.

Very friendly place! They were great people, super informative about the adoption process and their cats. We love our cat that we got from here, we are still fostering but he's a great fit and we're extremely happy to be his forever home!
