I purchased $350 worth of speciality bolts from Billet Specialities. Porch pirates stole the packaged when it was delivered while out of town for the holiday. Called to see if they would do anything to help. NOT A THING!!!!!!! I did not accuse them of doing anything wrong, I simply aslk for some consideration on there part to help me replace the stolen parts. I offer to pay half thinking maybe they would help me out. The company position is plain and simple. THEY DO NOT CARE THAT $350 WORTH OF BOLTS WERE STOLEN FROM MY PORCH. I was hoping for some consideration from them to help me out, instead I will never recommend this company for anything. Customer service is not part of this companies culture. I do agree that they did not do anything to cause the package to be stolen, but in the same breath of air, I did not put up an sign and tell someone to steal the package either. It seems like a solution could have been reached, but instead their position is to bad.

My first purchase was only 2 T-shirts but the service was friendly, shipped in 3 days and 2 of the nicest quality T-shirts I've ever had. When I make my first billet parts order, it will be right here.

Bought wheels on May received on July thats ok was told be 6 weeks more like 8.back rim are single bead locks bought to have mounted dont seal call was told to bring them in show would seal was told to take them to tier installer they use couldn't get them to seal said they would replace call me when they had them said about 2wks never called I called a month later they said to bring that they had a engineer to look at them thats a month ago call twice said still working at it ask for refund said call me back nothing not good business I have been very Patientwell 2weeks later they found the problem bead on drag slck to small needed a different beadlock from that size tire bought them now have 2 different sizes fr different tiers Wish would of know that in beginning but now all good gave supper deal on beadlocks now happy beautiful looking wheels ? ?

ordered $565 worth of 2 hood hinges for a hot rod we are building on Feb 26th it is now April 5th and still no hinges. I had to cancel after getting told the same story over and over. Beware if you buy anything direct on when you will ever see it, i shopped elsewhere and got what i needed

Bunch of know it alls , but take no accountability when wrong! Doing business with people like this is like chasing a rainbow down to the end and getting a pot a gold, it doesn't happen! Some people can't tell black from blue, these are those kind of people! They expect people to subjectify to their behavior. I advise you (buyer) go somewhere else they will try and suck the life out of you with some boring story of why they can't get their s*** together over there!

BUYER BEWARE! Bought these Billet Specialities single bead locks for my camaro 3 1/2 years ago, noticed one of my tires going flat 3 weeks ago and here’s why. The rim side of the bead lock is severely corroded and pitted away that it drastically leaks around the entire bead. Called billet specialities, they told me they can’t be fixed and that I’d have to purchase a new wheel at full cost. I told them I would be ok buying one at half cost and they didn’t wanna hear it. Best they could do was take 10% off which is bs. Never seen this issue anywhere before and my other rim is perfect so clearly, this rim is defective. Wouldn’t recommend these pos wheels to anyone after the way I was treated.

Ordered a steering wheel form their website. 1 month went by before I had to contact them for them to tell me the item was on back-order. Several emails form them attempting to get me to change to a different steering wheel. I waited on the back-order. It shipped 2 months after it was ordered. I was patient and understanding about the entire process. I had requested it ship with no signature required. They shipped it signature required. When I called to get it changed I was transferred around 4 different times and everyone was very short and condescending with me and offered no solution. The last person I was speaking with was so uncivil I had to disconnect the call. I emailed them to leave it the way it was and that I would take the next day off and be there for the shipment to arrive and sign for it. The next day i noticed about mid way through the day my shipment had been canceled and returned to them at the request of the person I was talking to. 2 months, several emails and numerous impolite calls and I get a vengeful act as the last interaction I had with them.

I ordered a steering wheel on the 2nd of March & I have still not recieved my product & today is March 11th. It says shipping is from 2 - 5 days. When I called to check on my order I was took that they didnt have it in stock & that I would have to wait an additional 14 days before the product will even be shipped. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience & was not serviced. This will be my final purchase. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT...

I believe this is the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. My father placed 3 large orders for car parts from Billet Specialties, first problem was he paid for 2 days shipping after 3 days of first order he gets a call stating they cant send out any parts because 2 parts are on back order, he tells them to disregard the 2 parts and send the rest, they proceed to state that they will, he tells them why he is in need of these parts ASAP, 2 days later we get an email from Kenneth stating that basically he is wanting us to order them from some where else, mind you that they have already taken $3,000 from my fathers account for these parts. I call once and talk to a gentlemen who said he also would look into it disregard back order parts and send us the ones that he can, he stated he would send an email with the parts that would be shipped and the refunds for the 2 days shipping charges. I give him a chance I wait a couple of days and nothing, so I call again. This time to be given the run around and then be told they will refund all orders because Kenneth, who I had left several messages for, was in a meeting and they were his orders, so my dad who is building a memorial car for my 31 yr old sister who passed away 2 months ago is now having to tell her husband that he will not make it with her car to the annual car show she attended to every year, all because no one could get me a straight answer as to why the world they could not fulfill these orders....
