Not only was the bike fixed immediately upon entering the shop but I was assisted in purchasing a bike lock that is best for my child currently, not something overpriced that he would struggle with. “What to do when you try to assemble the e bike yourself, misplace the instructions, and seem to be missing a couple of parts? Call Carmen! He instructed me to bring the bike in, he'd look it over, and provide an estimate. He did, I did not think the quote was outrageous, so I left the bike in his capable hands. He said it would be ready the next day, but called a couple hours later and said it was ready! When I got there, he and his helper provided info about the electric assist and general bike care. They helped me place the bike on my rack (it is a bit heavier than my hybrid). I went home and tried the bike, and was well pleased with their work. Basically, these are nice people who do good work!”

The family business is always focused on building and maintaining good relationships with customers and anyone who just needs a little help. I came in to have my bike looked at and they provided me with excellent on the spot care. The entire staff were very friendly and honest. This is really a great place for service and accessories. “This place is a very good mom and pops place. Covid hit this place hard they don't have any bikes for sale, and the older guy said the pandemic made bike prices double what they cost. The older gentleman really knows his bikes and can probably even take a whole bike apart blindfolded. They have been in business for a long time it would suck to see them close down, but the route they are down seems like they will. They only have customers' bikes in the shop that they are working on. ABSOLUTELY NO BIKES FOR SALE AT THIS BIKE SHOP. 09-26-23”

“Tried to get my son's adapted tricycle serviced (brake and derailleur tune up) at several shops in the area. Nothing complicated but nobody was willing to even look at it and I was given several excuses. I was treated courteously at Terry and given prompt service.Highly recommend even if you don't have the fanciest, latest electric bike. 5 stars”

They took the time to set it up properly and install training wheels.”
