It's a really great vet! They really care about your animals here. They are also pretty cheap compared to some of the places I have gone to before. Their parking area is a bit small and harder to access, but besides that, I have had zero issues. I have been taking my pup here for about 9 months.

Searched for quite a while when we relocated to the area. This place had a waitlist that was months long when I checked. Got on the list, did more searching. After about 2 or so weeks we got an appointment to get established. I can’t say enough positive things about the place. The techs are all awesome. The vets are very thoughtful and thorough. I have had them advise against expensive procedures when they were not necessary; that detail alone speaks volumes. I trust my animals (3) with these folks.

High pressure insurance sales and unnecessary test are the M.O. of this Veterinary service. The staff are friendly but the Dr's are condescending and demining especially Dr. Susan Dowd. The prices for service are way too high as well. There are many better options in the area.

My dog is really scare of the vet but this new vet experience was way better than the ones before at another places. Stuff is very welcoming and friendly!

Arbor is great! My cat Colby gets nervous when leaving the house and they take great care of him. All of the techs are super friendly and are great with the animals. They are the best!

Amazing place, they helped my Lio to get better, they explained us everything about the process and Lio’s disease. We had a Great experience and I am grateful with them for taking care of Lio.

I wanted to update my review. I had to spend $3000 on eye surgery to correct my dog's eye injury because Susan Dowd was completely wrong with her diagnosis. If your dog has any type of eye injury or eye issues DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO ARBOR ANIMAL HOSPITAL! Take your dog to Animal Eye Consultants in Crestwood. The only thing Susan Dowd accomplished was making my dog's eye much worse and infected.

What is happening? I was just called by the manager of Arbor Animal Hospital that my dog’s appointment would have to be cancelled.Ten minutes earlier, I was offered three different days this week for my sick dog to be seen. I agreed on the earliest one, which was today at 3pm. I was told to leave a $69 deposit for him to be seen, which I paid. Now, not only do they have no room for him today, but the other two days are not available either.What is the deposit for? Where is the professionalism? I still can’t believe it.

We normally bring our pup here for the vet but recently tried the grooming. They did a perfect job and the price was unbelievable! It was a great deal!

As you can see in the other reviews, Dr. Susan Dowd is an extremely rude person. This place is overpriced and will do anything and everything to pad the final bill. Due to the miscommunications, constantly having to call to see if the prescription my dog needs very badly are ready and the severe rude behavior I finally had to go with another veterinary clinic. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because they are actually capable of being a good clinic they just need to work on their customer service skills and follow up on their patients. I shouldn't have to chase you down for the prescriptions my dog needs to live nor do I need a phone call to be scolded like a teenager when all I'm trying to do is make sure my puppy gets the treatment she needs to live.

As I've been disappointed and frustrated with vets in the area I decided to try Arbor. I only wish I had done it sooner... Dr. Dowd and her staff are friendly, gentle, concerned. Honest evaluation, true love for animals. I recommend Arbor highly, you will not be patronized or have your pet stressed!

We moved to the area just 5 months ago, and had an initial visit to establish care for our two senior cats just last month. Sadly our oldest cat suffered a blood clot and died this week. I cannot say how incredible it was that in this moment of sadness, the staff at Arbor took such good care of us, even though we were new to their practice. Compassionate, thorough, caring -- I'm so sad we lost her, but glad we had Arbor to turn to in that moment.
