Walked in to pick up some body wash and a female employee followed me around the store just staring at me as I shopped. Not a greeting or asking me if I needed help , just a cold fixated stare in my direction which made me very uncomfortable. In fact made me so uncomfortable if I didn’t need this item I would have left with nothing instead. I did mention it to my cashier and she apologized but did say there was a gentleman stealing so she was more to a likely looking for him. While I understand she meant well I am not a gentleman nor am I a thief. There is no excuse for treating other customers poorly and rudely because of an issue with someone else. I do not need to be chased around the store nor does anybody else. I won’t be back at this location for the simple fact that the employees here make me uncomfortable. Not everyone steals. If I was in the mood to speak up I would have but I let it go and just decided to not waste my time on someone who more than likely wouldn’t care what I had to say. I can read the room, I’ll find somewhere else to shop. Do better Walgreens.

The phone system at the Walgreens 6600 Joliet Rd in the pharmacy is HORRIBLE the phone will ring then go to the music and play for a while then the phone will ring again and it will sound like someone picked it up but then the phone will go back to the music noone never pick up

Worst pharmacy staff. Get email, prescription ready, next email your insurance changed, call pharmacy they sat too early you can pick up after 3/6, go 3/11 prescription not ready guy at register basically calls me liar about the email, show it to him. Go sit & wait for my script say something to him he says I can't have script til 27, what happened to 3/6, oh i must be lying about that too? Like the email? Always rude, unorganized & lack training. Go to one on Plainfield, they are great!

I went there 40 minutes before closing. Brought my stuff up to the counter. THREE employees were standing at the camera counter. I waited 5 minutes. None of them came. Super great service, lazies.

Incompetent and chaotic. Charged for something not received. Stay away from this place. I called and spoke to Riley who stated he was the manager. Riley reported exactly that I would not be charged for the missing products. Well he lied because I have an email that says I was charged but it will be removed after 7 to 10 days! Outrageous

I’m going to switch to a different pharmacy. This one keeps messing up things with my mom’s RXs. Today they tried to call a doctor about an RX where he hasn’t been the one prescribing the medicine for over 2 years. They also tried auto refilling one she’s not even ion any more. We aren’t even signed up for auto refills even though I’ve talked to them several times about it. I like the store part but they definitely need changes in the pharmacy dept. This has been going on for awhile now.

I went into Walgreens asking for a simple flu shot and was greeted with one worker in the whole store doing next to nothing. Then proceeded to give me terrible customer service by refusing to give me a flu shot today so I asked to schedule a basic appointment for me for the following Saturday and he was still reluctant.

I registered my daughter today for her covid vaccine and it registered her as me. They told me to go change the info on the app you can not. I called and they said they can not do that. Be very careful when registering your kids. I asked to speak to a supervisor to inform them of this problem and ask what is to be done and the supervisor refused to speak to me. Do not get your kids vaccinated at Walgreens not worth the hassle

Clean and organized, unfortunately like many other businesses, they are short on employees. I went yesterday to pick up an online photo order; nobody was in the photo area. I pushed the bottom for help, but no one showed up. After a while, I decided to leave and go back today.

I have a love-hate relationship with Walgreens which results in 3 stars. They're the only store that carries my Arizona diet decaffeinated green tea - that counts for something. But have you ever used their phone service to refill a prescription? Half the time it doesn't work and that's after listening to 5 minutes of recordings that tell you the excruciating details of every break time their pharmacy staff plans to take for the entire week. EEeeeK! I really wish they would improve their customer service and operational efficiency just a little.

I tried to return a malfunctioning item and I was told I would have to allow the store to enter my drivers license number in to their data base to get credit on my cc. I declined because i'm concerned about identity theft. I've used CC's for dozens of transactions and several thousand dollars every month for many years and i've never had another merchant insist on putting my drivers license number in their data base to issue a credit to my CC. So now I'm stuck with a defective $75 no touch thermometer. Very disappointing because I've been a Walgreens customer for 30, 40 years maybe longer. Very bad customer relations. I like most customers know we're over paying at Walgreens for the convenience but in exchange for over charging I think Walgreens should be more forthcoming in customer support. I paid Walgreens $75 for a malfunctioning no touch thermometer. Amazon has many of them for a lot less money and i'll bet most of them function correctly.
