Put the wrong oil filter on my dodge caliber. Week later started receiving oil pressure warnings. Now even with the correct oil filter on I’m receiving oil pressure warnings.

Came in for an oil change and brought my own oil and filter because I was going to replace it myself but the weather made it difficult. was told I was only going to get charged for the labor for my oil change but on my invoice it clearly shows that I was charged for the parts and labor. I asked the tech twice why I was getting charged so much when I was told i was only getting charged for labor. The Tech said the parts I was charged for was still a part of the labor although it clearly said parts and not labor. I don’t know how a 15 min oil change matches the price I payed when I brought my own oil and filter. The labor was only $16 but ended up paying $60 when I got no additional parts or services. Highly don’t recommend to anyone. Your better of doing it yourself or taking it somewhere else.

They didn't tight the engine oil drain plug at all. I have found oil dripping on the ground from the plug. I was able to turn the plug without a wrench. Very troubling !

Terrible service. I've been patronizing this business at this location for years. The last time was awful. I thought I'd give them one last chance but will not be returning. So disappointing - they used to be so great.

Very friendly staff. Staff had a lot of knowledge and was very easy to deal with. They provided a pleasant atmosphere. The cost was terrible for an oil change. I consistently pay $40 less at any other competitor. Unfortunately, because of the price, I probably won't visit again. The staff did do a great job, and they were not pushy at all.
