“Service and everything was great. They apparently have a new policy of having the customer stay in the car for the entire time. During hot summer months it may not be a great idea to make people sit in the car without air conditioning or air flow. By the time I left the back of my shirt was wet from sweat. Other than that I recommend Jiffy Lube and I will continue to take all my vehicles there.”

“I travel all over the country. In the last 8 weeks I’ve drove over 10k miles. I’ve had them change my oil from the west coast all the way to the east coast. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience with them. They are always pleasant and nice. I’ve actually had my oil changed at this locations 3 time over the last year and this group is great. It’s always quick and easy. This location always has a professional staff and I’ve never had them try to up-sale me on anything. I now have my wife using them back in Texas because of the ease getting her oil changed. No need to ever exit your vehicle and if you do end up waiting in line it still is way faster than any other oil change place I’ve ever been too. I highly recommend using Take 5 oil change at pretty much any of the locations across the country.”

“These guys are a lifesaver! After a horrific experience with "Crystal's locksmith" services in Broadview, we had to bring our '99 GMC truck for a new steering column to fix the damages caused by the locksmith. Don and his guys have been the best. They gave us solid advice, got the truck in right away and were able to get the parts ordered quickly to service the vehicle. It's a work vehicle so time is of the essence as it had already been out of commission for 2 weeks, and they were on it. They have experience working on diesel trucks and we have been nothing short of impressed at how they have been able to help us during this frustrating time. We will be back for sure! “I have been going to Lumpp and Sons for five years now. I have three older cars to take care of. Sometimes I can fix the issue myself. But if I can't, I always go and see Patrick! He is a very honest businessman. That's why he has people like me going back there. He fixed three air conditioners on all three of my cars. The price could not be more reasonable. When I brought in a car when the break sensors were squealing, he changed the two that needed to be replaced. He told me I can get another half a year to a year out of them.
Also when I bring in the car the day before for the service and drop off the keys, most of the time he'll fix it the next day and I can pick up the car the next evening.
If there were more stars to give Lumpp & Sons I definitely would!

I also appreciate that they don’t try to sell all sorts of extra stuff like other oil change places. The owner/manager is always polite and respectful.”
