I cannot recommend this place enough! I walked into this store on a casual recommendation from a friend for a mattress. I had already done my research on the type of mattress I wanted and the basic cost. I was blown away by the knowledge of the salesperson (turned out to be the owner) and the great prices. They make the mattresses 10 minutes away from the showroom and I got my mattress the following day. I forgot to me took I ordered a special size! If you need a mattress, I don't care if you need a traditional spring, foam mattress, hypoallergenic, or something truly unique. Go see Tim at My Green Mattress!

I purchased a crib mattress and a twin mattress with covers two years ago and my kids have LOVED them. Today I purchased my 3rd My Green Mattress, a bunk bed mattress! We’re so excited to be changing out all of our beds to this amazing brand. Their customer service has been top notch and the owner is such a great person to talk to! Thanks for everything!

Best mattress I have EVER slept on in the entire world!!! If I could put ten stars I would. I've been meaning to write this review for so long. My husband and I moved to Illinois a year ago and were looking for a non toxic mattress that was made in the US. Avocado is well known but don't support the full body (only middle section is reinforced) and being shipped from California wasn't the best option in regards to carbon emissions. Lo and behold we found this company after researching online, turns out the company is from Illinois itself. But let's get personal. We bought the Natural Escape in Twin XL, we bought two and combined them to make a king sized bed.The ONLY down side is that it is so comfortable that it makes me picky whenever I slept elsewhere and I just can't get out of bed in the morning because it's so snug. I'm not exaggerating. This bed is the best thing ever. We sleep so well it's a game changer. Oh and customer service was bomb too!! We love you green mattress!!!

I purchased this affordable, amazing Organic Mattress from this company and can't tell you enough about this happy purchase. Because of backaches from previous injury, sleeping has always been an uncomfortable tossing and turning all night. Making matters worse, when I wake up, I can barely walk from the pain and stiffness. During the past ten years, I've purchased and donated three different manufactured mattresses. I tried the memory foam and the pocket coils, none of which helped me sleep pain free without tossing and turning all night. After extended research on organic latex, I soon realized it was out of $1,000.00 budget. Then, I stumbled on this company, and learned as much as possible there is to know about this product, the owner and manufacturing process. If everything I read was true, I thought I hit the jackpot. Going only on my gut feeling without speaking to sales agents for further information, I called the company and placed an order for the Organic Latex Hope mattress. The ordering process was easy, date of delivery was as promised, all went well thus far. Upon opening the box, the mattress was well wrapped free of odors. On the contrary, to me, it smelled fresh and heavenly. From the moment I laid on this mattress, every muscle in my body, relaxed, and ... for the first time, I slept pain free all night without tossing and turning. Adding to this amazing new experience, I woke up pain-free. I was not stooped over from being stiff and achy. It's been a little over a month that I've owned this calming mattress, sleeping pain-free. I am thrilled about this product and although I've not had experience with the sales agents, I highly, highly recommend \

What I was hoping to be the start of a great relationship and life long customer turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I was so excited for this mattress. During delivery of my mattress which I received absolutely no notification for, just an estimated date and time, the delivery men took the instruction of a man on my porch who had nothing to do with the purchase of my mattress. They left it on my porch with half of it having no support. That man then left that area and my mattress was unattended for a period of time. Not only was it subject to be stolen, my unable bodied family members had to drag it in as much as they could. When I called to speak to someone I believe has a name of Ted, there was no empathy or apology even for the inconvenience they cause. There was no solution other than his confusion of what I wanted him to do about it. He also said business hours were about finished for the day for the delivery men. I guess he didn't want to inconvenience the hard working delivery men and make them come back to fix their mistake and complete the job that was promised. They saw nothing wrong with having to make my family member struggle to bring it in and be late for their dr appointment at that time. He told me what goes on in my personal life for the day is not his business and it was my fault because they did what they were told. You inquired and followed the instructions of someone who had no connection to this purchase which is extremely unprofessional. Seriously so rude and inconsiderate of the service you provide for your customers and if you disagree and believe your give good service, I am your paying costumer that you so willingly disregarded once there was a problem that YOU created. The lie you give about installing it in the home needs to be eliminated from your motto. That quality mattress is in the alley where it belongs just like your service.

I bought a Pure Echo, full size when I moved into my new house; and, downsized. I wanted an organic mattress without any latex. It seemed as this would fit what I wanted. It came in the time frame the company gave me; and, I followed video instructions to open it up. It was easy to do. I had read reviews that said this mattress was very hard. It was hard, at first; but, softened with use. It did not take long. I found it to become very comfortable. But, I started having back/hip pain. I realized that I started sleeping on the edge of the mattress that had firmer support. I am heavy; and, the mattress didn’t support my weight enough. I was so disappointed. I really liked it. The company was fantastic to work with. They told me to donate it; and, send proof of donation. I would get a refund, then. I told him that my daughter who is a struggling single mother needed a mattress for my granddaughter; and, she was going to buy it as soon as I donated it. The gentleman I spoke with told me to donate it to her, outright. I did have to send pictures of it on the truck leaving my house. If the company would make a much stronger coil system, I would buy again. So, I really liked the mattress. the company? I could not have asked for any better customer service. I do give this review 5 stars. Such a great company!!!

Ordered a kewi mattress and a platform bed. Still deciding on the mattress, seems good quality overall, but the springs in the middle (where it was folded to ship feel different and make a sound when you move. Feels less firm in the center where it was folded). Unfortunately the platform bed is very poorly made. I have had much better from ikea. The holes don't line up, and the slots for the hardware are the wrong shape making it almost impossible to put together. I had the movers I hired work on it and they could not get it together due to the poor craftsmanship. I then had my brother who is an engineer and does woodworking help. He was able to get it together with a power drill and extensive time, but the center slats don't sit level due to the holes in the wood being placed in the wrong spot. When I tried to put the slats In some of them don't fit because the spaces for them were cut uneven. So I literally can't put the slats in, that are necessary to support the mattress.I called customer service and explained the situation and they told me that they get the product from a 3rd party and they can't check it for quality control. They told me that they didn't know what to tell me. He said that I can take it apart and send it back, but I can't even lift the box on my own and the whole thing is a huge inconvenience as I just moved and need a bed. I can't belive this is such a bad product for the price.

My husband and I went in to look at the mattresses just on a whim. Our son was with us. We ended up buying one and our son ended up buying one for his home. We are all extremely satisfied with our new mattresses and it is some of the best money we have ever spent. They aren’t even very expensive. We highly recommend them! The Brooks Fuller, Jr. Family

Please STOP ? boosting irrelevant and unwanted SPAM out of your market area. It’s very intrusive and unnecessary to interrupt people personal feeds with your advertising. It leaves a bad taste ? in people’s mouths and reminds them not to do business with your company when they’re actually interest in your products and services. The truth hurts but your disrespectful SPAM hurts worse. ?????

I love this company! My husband and I have the topper and it completely changed our sleep life. Also, I called customer service one day with a question and Tim, the founder, answered the phone. He was so kind and happy to answer my question. This is a company that really cares. Also, the topper is so soft, there’s no smell, and I have no worries about what I’m sleeping on. (I easily get headaches, so that means a lot to me.)

I was so excited , the bed almost immediately dented and caused pain that interrupted my life . They sent a replacement quickly and want you to rotate the mattress . I did . On day 10 I could not stand 4 days in a row and realized the mattress was caved in . Dented again. Their response - purchase a topper! Really ? spend more ? They will not refund me ! What ? They make mattresses that cannot support a woman who weighs less than 130 lbs and all they want to do is upsell ! Disgusting ! Refund my money now !
