Excellent service! I was promised a date for service and Dave came to pick up my mower, serviced and repaired it and returned it the same day. It is difficult to find this kind of service in todays business environment! "Better call Kasers"!

Sent my ride mower in to get fixed it took them 3 months and it still not fixed I asked them to come out to check it they still haven't came out to check it the mower ran real good when it went in there and now it hardly runs and I sent it in for the mower and deck and the belt keeps coming off the same as it did when I send it in so that they haven't really fixed it and They only put they charged me forchargers me 3 blades and only Blade1I'm giving them a chance but nothing's happened very dissatisfied I strongly urged not to shop here

I love doing business with a smaller family run business.You just get such personalized service and the comfort of knowing if you need a repair he's going to be there. Covid slowed his stock supply so I waited on arrival but sure glad I did.Dave Kaser is a good guy!

Several years ago i had my riding lawn mower in for spring tune up oil change filters and such as they had a special going on. They came and picked up the mower then dropped back off in the amount of time stated. I started it up and started to mow but just minutes later it stopped and the engine wouldn't turn over upon inspection they hadn't put ANY ENGINE OIL IN ruining the motor. I went back to the store to ask what he would do about it and they did it was my fault for not checking the oil before starting. I explained since they picked up they had ran it with no oil to start with. To bad not my problem what i was told. Negative stars are not an option.

Terrible customer service. This place is like Groundhog Day. Go in and explain to the very young lady behind the counter the entire issue. She then says she will take my number and owner will call me back. And you wait for him and he won’t come out and talk to you . You leave. You get no call back. Go back to store and do it all over again. Rinse and repeat. This place is pathetic. I am 1 mile from this place and drive to Geneseo to another simplicity dealer who shows the common courtesy of acknowledging my presence and helping me. I strongly recommend NOT shopping here. The only reason I went back was to get the parts that were missing out of the brand new 400.00 mulching deck kit I bought here. I had to go to Geneseo to get those missing parts to because he was too busy ignoring his ringing phone and customers. Never again. Pathetic place
