Went there to get a good wash. Put in 5 dollars and the soap was completely out . Only had rinse and that was pulsating .I also tried the soap brush but it barely had soap coming out so I put that back. Did not see a phone number to call anyone to let them know. This is the second time this has happened so I will not be back.

When I arrived all 3 of the self clean and both of the auto-wash lanes were coned off. The phone number routes to a "rewards claim center" offering a "retail rebate", and the first thing they do is try to get personal info. Not sure if this place is closed, or a scam, or both. Avoid this location.

LOVE the fact that it's big enough for my RV......just wish the hoses were longer. The soap coming out in bays brush is minimal.

Save your money and do not come here. Paid for the crown jewel which is the best one you can get. Went through the cycle and no soap even came out. Only sprayed with water. Waste of money. Go to brown bear.

This has been my favorite car wash for years, however, the last two times I have been here I have lost money. There is usually one station not working, without any notice. I paid $20 for the self automated car wash and it wouldn't run, I watched at least 5 other people try it and lose money as well. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, and there is no way to contact the owners. The phone number listed takes you to a rebate service, nothing to do with car wash. Very disappointed to have to write this review.

Not really sure if this place is even operating. Tried several times to run the self service and nothing worked. All the bays had cones and were not operating... the one that did never took the card payment nor cash.... Just...Too bad this one is lacking... I don't think they really care... folks go elsewhere... don't waste your time.

Credit card machines take your money but not sure how much they charge and I couldn't get a wash. I swiped my card twice and was approved but no indication of how much as I could not designate an amount. Now I have to reconcile my cc statement to confirm charges and was unable to get a wash. I tried to contact someone but no one was on site to assist or provide a refund and no contact info onsite. I tried to call the number listed on Yelp but it was a message stating that I had won a Walmart gift card. Very unprofessional.

I used the touch free car wash, to spray off some loose pollen because I was too lazy to spray off myself. For $17 the car was just as dirty as it entered. This is truly a feat, because the car wasn't very dirty and has a ceramic coating that a normal power wash blows most dirt off of. The staff was very friendly, but the equipment hasn't been maintained at all. I watched the car enter before me and the sprayer failed to coat the car with soap and the sprayer sprays everywhere but the car. Do not waste your time of money on this facility.

Equipment in lousy condition and payment system confusing. Despite instructions posted in stall had to find token vending machine on the -back- side of the building.

This car wash doesn't clean the car. I had to come back after I saw the car which was still dirty. They offered me another run, but still tires are dirty and dust on the car.

This used to be my go to place to wash. But they significantly dropped in quality. Except many stalls to be broken/ blocked off with cones, also expect to bring cash every time because their card readers are always broken, and the worst part is their Soap/triple foam conditioner is literally water. Your better off driving the extra mile to a different car wash because this place is terrible now.

I used to love this place, but the card readers won't work, and there usually isn't an attendant there to help. I found Aloha Carwash just down the street in Woodinville. Everything is newer and a lot more updated, and my car sparkles
