Not delivering mail to correct addresses. Suggestion...read

I get neighbors mail. Not just 1 piece, but several pieces of mail. Another neighbor gets my mail. The house numbers are on the front of the mailboxes. Do these postal workers know how to read?

Everyone here is super helpful and were able to answer my questions or find me an answer if they didn't know. Prefer to go here rather than the post office in my town.
