Normally, I get excellent service from this location, today’s pizza order/delivery was the exception. I ordered on line and the original estimated delivery time was 5:43pm. At 5:45 I received an update that the driver was heading towards the store. We didn’t receive our pizza until 6:05pm. It was warm but soggy. I’m guessing it was kept on top of the oven until the driver got there. They use Door Dash for delivery and evidently the closest driver was in Sycamore.

This has to be one of the best Casey's I ever regularly visit, and I go to a lot of 'em.
Everything is always so fresh and clean, the crew in the kitchen churn out delicious looking donuts, muffins, cookies, brownies, hot food, slices. Everything is always clean and fresh. Well stocked store and the crew at the registers are always so cute, fun, and chill. Love this place! Whatever y'all are doing, keep it up!! And I'll be back to cure all my munchie needs. ?

I didn’t get food so I can’t rate that! This is one of the cleanest stores I ever been to and I deliver all over the state of Illinois. The lady out cleaning the grounds and doing trash was workin!!!

You sell lottery tickets and have a machine, the cashier should be able to print requested tickets! Staff too busy on their phones to worry about the customers. I’ll stop at the Casey’s in Hampshire staff there is knowledgeable and provides customer service.

Nothing in warmers....old 2 hour pizza. 2 employees on there phone in the kitchen told me nothing coming out. Casey's in stillman has always fresh stuff.

If you would like to see a Casey's that looks like it's been ransacked by the 2020 riots look no further. Place was clean out of everything, and at noon the normal lunch time for all Americans not even a single slice of there fantastic pizza. Additionally expect slow service as the man behind the counter said it would be at least 25 minutes.

12:45 pm 5 empty racks for pizza with one lonely pep piece been there since the 2nd war. Kid says about 7 min. Really?? You got a 2 for $5 special going and you got 1 piece? 7 minutes I'm on the other side of Genoa

This is one of the worst kept Casey's I have ever been in. There is never enough prepared, hot food in the morning or at lunch time. The gas pumps are outdated and dirty. The store is dirty too. I did not see any extra actions taken to be clean during COVID. I try to avoid going there whenever I can. As the only gas station in our town, it is a real dump! More pride needs to be taken in this business.
