I wanted to change my phone service and had the pleasure of dealing with A total Rockstar of a sales rep named OMAR! He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and the whole reason my wife switched over! This guy is awesome and definitely deserves a promotion or raise!

Read some not good reviews of this location. None of which I witnessed/endured. Both agents were helping others. 2 more groups entered the store. When Ronn had finished with his guests one of the newer guests stepped up to him when he kindly said, 'Sorry, this gentleman was before you.' As I would have expected but for the horrible reviews of this store. Ronnie was most pleasant/cordial. And efficient. I paid my bill and was in/out in under 10min. Great service. Thank you, Ronn!

My remote stopped working. This is the second store I have visited. They also didn’t have any and told me I just have to go and check stores. They couldn’t tell me when inventory was coming. They couldn’t check another store for me. Why does your company have terrible customer service??? Can’t wait to cancel and switch to ATT.

If I could give zero I would!This store becomes ridiculous,the stuff over there aren't aware of nothing that is stated on the Xfinity web site and one of the employees is completely incapable of doing his job and tried to convince me something that is 100% out of mind!I just got out of that store and will never go back there!XFINITY!!!!DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE!!!

Apparently when they are somewhat busy, lines don’t matter. They take your name but don’t communicate with others. “I just got back from lunch” is not a good enough excuse. You should ask who’s next, not just randomly pick a person in the store to help.

Overall, very disappointed in this store. Numerous problems arose subsequent to switching to Xfinity and acquiring a new iPhone at this location. They said that they were unable to help, and I needed to settle issues either by phone or visiting the Arlington Heights location. Nothing could be resolved by phone, so I did have to visit the Arlington store. Customer service there is light years better. It appears that Kildeer is more or less a third party location, and cannot deliver the service you’d expect. They also added an insurance payment to my phone that I never wanted and was not informed about. Don’t bother going here, just head to their main location in Arlington Heights to avoid any potential difficulties.

Forgot my coax cable and Ethernet. You'd expect more from the "largest internet provider". Also tried calling and keep getting hung up on. Switch to T-Mobile internet or Google Fi and skip these guys if you don't want the stress.

Omar helped me two days in a row and was very pleasant and gracious bish times. Thank you for the help, this store is great!
