Today I was in a car with my Dad when store manager TINA called him and I couldn't believe my ears but she went on and on to tell him how wrong he is without listening to him even for a sentence. This is when he is trying to recover money that is paid or get the equivalent services. What a WORST experience! Will never recommend anyone to go to this store. My Dad has documented this entire incident in the reviews below in detail.

Better experience than their competition and worth the slightly extra cost.
Stylist: Valerie is my "go to" stylist and she consistently provides excellent service! I always end.up with an awesome haircut and a satisfying experience at SportClips when Valerie is available.

I’ve been to many sports clips in the area. This one is by far the slowest. So slow I walked out. I was 2nd in line with both current haircuts finishing up. One haircut finished up and it took 15 minutes for the next haircut to start. The next one finished up and after 10 minutes of the stylist disappearing, I left. Will avoid this location.

Susie was aggressive and kept cutting my hair short she barely asked for what I wanted and I had to tell her it mid way through and it was to late i do not recommend never come here. NEVER GO HERE.

I recently visited Sport Clips in Kildeer, and let me tell you, it was a hair-raising experience... in the best way possible! Tina S worked her magic on my locks, and I couldn't be happier. She's not just a stylist; she's a hair wizard!
Not only did Tina give me a fantastic haircut, but she also provided an excellent customer experience. I felt like I was in the VIP section of a hair salon for the entire duration of my visit. She's not just skilled with scissors; she's got some serious people skills too.
I've been to a lot of salons in my time, but this one takes the crown (pun intended) for the best overall experience. Thanks, Tina S, for making me look and feel fabulous. I'll be back for sure, and next time, I'll bring my hair's entourage! ??♂️?

Great, walked in, no wait, friendly service, clean and comfortable atmosphere. Did the MVP which was very nice. Quality haircut, would recommend!

Horrible job by older lady, who doesn't know how to do taper neckline, so on the end I got, messed up hairstyle, an apology and... "Don't worry, it will grow back in 2 weeks" ?
