Marty is a helpful and courteous man who is a wealth of information and always friendly. This place is clean, well-lit, and the atmosphere feels safe. The only thing I think could be changed a little is that the overhead garage door stays open longer than it should after the eye has been cleared, but I am new to this storage stuff, so maybe there is a good reason for that. Otherwise, Marty is truly an asset to the company and this location is bright, clean, and wonderful.”

“Brent with Public Storage in Mount Prospect, IL helped me find the appropriate storage unit for my business as I move from South Bend, IN to Mount Prospect. He was patient and persistent in getting my application through electronically. He answered my questions (when will the rent increase and by how much, for how long) openly. He said I can reach out to him with any challenges. I had tried to find storage with CubeSmart which was difficult, concerned about the rent increases there. Ask for Brent, he is great!”

“Rented a 5x10 unit here for almost 2 years. Very clean facility and a nice drive through load/unload area. Always had utility carts available, access in and out was easy. Price went from $75 to $134 over that 23 month period though. That's a bit excessive, so I got rid of some stuff and eliminated the need for a unit. Chris at Public Storage helped me close out the account, nice guy.”

“Metro self storage in Mundelein is by far the best storage facility I have ever seen. I had containers in a storage unit there for six years and not once did I ever see a bug and the tops of my containers never had dust on top of them. Chris and Karen are there to help with anything you could ever need. Even if you live far away, I would recommend the drive to use this storage facility! If you want your items to be stored in a pristine environment, and I mean pristine because it is literally spotless, then use metro storage in Mundelein!!!”

“Smooth drop off and pick up on both ends of our move. In this age of horrible customer service, it's refreshing when you call a business, the owner picks up straightaway, and you can quickly schedule something or get questions answered. That was our experience with UNITS. Also the machine they use to move the pod is cool. I'd definitely recommend using UNITS over using a self storage place you have to drive to. The price is similar, and you only have to load and unload your stuff once.”
