Went to rescue my wife on the side of the highway when she got a flat. I ran into problems changing the tire and called a tow service that was very near our location but, they struggled to find me on their map.I reached out to my mechanic, who recommends Rogners's. The tow driver, Dennis, called me to confirm my location when he was en route and got to us quickly. He was so extremely professional, friendly and took his job very seriously.Bring the genius I am, I ended up draining my battery while we my lights were shining on my wife's van. Dennis used his power pack to jump my car. And, about a half hour after I got home he called (and left a voicemail) with a final bit of advice about my own car battery.When I picked up the van from my mechanic and saw the bill for the tow I was pleasantly surprised by the cost. I expected it to be at least $100 more.The fair cost, Dennis's professionalism and his effort to reach out to me afterwards demonstrate that quality customer service is alive at Rogners's.

The top reason I am leaving this negative review is because the man who took my debit card to pay for services, took his thumb nail as hard as he could to my debit card chip in an attempt for me to not be able to pay that day, by not being able to use the card at an atm, and accumulate extra storage charges. They only accept cash. Do not hand over your card. They are rough like the system. Be blessed, enjoy your life here, manifest all the good things, try and stay away from this place.

Just wanted to leave a good review for the guys who helped me a lot today, specially Erin, my car broke down on Rand road today on the way to work, due to failed alternator, these guys were closesed to me, called them up, they picked up right away, told me they will be out within 30 min. Right about 30 min later Erin was there with a flatbed, did a great professional job, got me loaded up and dropped off at my fends' shop in about half an hour. I will defiantly use their service if need be (hopefully not ;) )

I've used Rogner's towing for all types a vehicle's both commercial and residential for over 20 years. Everything from full sized Chevy 3500 work vans to Mercedes. Never a single problem. If the vehicle won't start and needs to be towed we leave the keys and they take it from there. Fair price, good service and I know my vehicle is safe.

Aaron saved the day! My two year old car just died, with no warning at all, while stopped at a light in a very busy intersection. Aaron got there within 15 minutes and immediately had me go sit in the warm truck while he got right to work. He ended up towing the car (and me) to the dealer. Extremely friendly, caring and courteous. I hope I never need to, but I would definitely call them again, and would be very happy to see Aaron driving the truck.

Had a hard situation. Was towing a flax bed trailer with banquet tables I'd just bought strapped to them. The tire on the trailer blew up, Didn't just go flat. Pow! Was on a road with zero shoulder. Made the decision to pull it about a mile as there was nowhere to pull off. No spare. Got situated and called A Express as they were the closest geographically to where I was. They arrived in about 30 mins, which is great time, and I had 2 calls from the driver while I waited updating me. Aaron arrived and I immediately thought the tables would be a problem and began to figure out what to do as they'd slide off getting pulled onto a flatbed tow truck. "No Problem" says Aaron. He pulls out a couple of 4x4s and some heavy straps and, as promised, no problem. It's a 2 wheel Trailer with a missing wheel. Loading it onto the tow truck wasn't the easiest feat, but Aaron got it done. Aaron was as nice and professional as they come. A hard situation was made much easier because of the competence of A-Express and it's excellent employees. Highly recommend!

this guy is a complete rip off!i was told that he could not fix the cars check engine light so he disconnected the light.then charged him $180!!this is from a reliable source as he works there!i had my semi wired up for utility lights and he did such a bad job he almost burned down the truck!he said wiring was his specialty!
