Worked with the Deer Park and Deerfield location! Had the best carpet experience here from the service and installation! Walking on my new soft carpet is great and the quality is top notch! They took the time to explain the different selections of carpet . The price is definitely competitive also !! Please note the negative reviews were from the shop online store not from the independent Luna stores! So glad I took time to read these reviews!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Mike Ishkanian was outstanding to work with. Professional, prompt answers to questions. Really knew the products and guided us to the perfect flooring for our needs. Couldn't ask for a better point person. Our installers, Ruben and his crew, did excellent work. Efficient, clean and courteous. I would highly recommend Mike and this location. We couldn't be happier!! Thanks, Mike and Ruben

Worst carpeting experience! Sales person closed one room carpet deal for $704.00 on his tablet, no copy of contract left with us. Scheduled for Tuesday with instructions that the installer would call my cell phone prior to arrival. 4 installers show up at 8AM, with no call to my cell phone. None of the installers could understand the sentence, "You were supposed to call to give us notice." One installer said, "Ok. " Another installer just said, "Luna." I repeated the statement 3 times with installers slowly advancing toward me as if to push by. I said,"Wait a minute." I quickly prepared the room and allowed them in. 4 guys working in 12' x 10'.They finished quickly and exited hastily. Both doors in the room left open when I looked at the carpet. After they left, I closed doors to find huge gouges in the drywall from their tools. I immediately called to find out that Luna has a nice firewall setup to not allow me to contact the salesperson. The person answered the phone (Nikita) was not sympathetic and almost acted as though this happened a lot. She offered to send a message to the installer to have them contact us. Now, three days later, nothing. We filed a complaint with the corporate office. Empire Today, AKA, 21st Century, DBA Luna Carpeting. Although carpeting looks ok, the lack of communication, damage to walls, and inability to talk with someone in charge makes this company a Hard, Do Not Use! I would not recommend this company.

This company is not reliable. They send you daily emails confirming the installation until the day before, than they called you later on the day before saying that the material is sold out. They ended up offering a cheaper floor for the same price. Ridiculous.

SCAM ARTISTS!!! If there was an option to give zero or negative stars I would. I had a salesperson come into my home and tell me that the floors I purchased were waterproof and not water resistant. And that I had a lifetime warranty for all dings and scratches. It turns out none of that was accurate. There were scratches and dents in some of the boards after installation and they were going to charge me to fix it. This was a week after putting them in I found it.The fact that they lied to my face and sold me on a product and warranty they knew they did not have is illegal and wrong. What is even worse is that they refused to acknowledge it and make it right.This company is running a scam and will lie to get you to purchase. And when you ask for documentation they say they will send it to you after completion. Never happened and that is because nothing of what they said was accurate. How is this allowed?

I could have done better myself. Tile was beautiful, install a nightmare! Lasted longer than expected. Not level at one week after grout is coming out. Tried to contact rep from Luna did not return my call. I filled out their survey and was not contacted. I spent over $8,000 on tile that has to be replaced within the first week. Buyer beware. $3,000 on carpet from Empire was worth it. Excellent contractor cleaned up after themselves, very concerned about my property, punctual, quick and sis the job right!

We were supposed to have an install today and no one showed up. We got a call asking how the install was going at 5:30pm and still don’t have a resolution 2 hours later. Our kids don’t have beds to sleep in because we disassembled everything in preparation for today. We went with Luna specifically because of the short window for install that we need.What we were just told was that you may be able to get to us in two days. What I heard from that message is that our business, and your word, are not important to you as a company. Is that what you meant?

Used them a few years ago and it was a great experience. NOT THIS TIME! The quote we were given didn't match the contract. We had to have them fix it but still wasn't what we agreed on. Only did one room and an entryway instead of what we planned. The installers came and hadnt been informed we were no longer doing the entire house. We Oked them to put down plywood to keep the floors matching levels but the bill reflected a different amount than what we were told. We have now been told we must not have understood what the cost would be. Wouldn't have done the plywood under for what they are now charging us. The trim doesn't match all the way around which they are going to come and fix but shouldn't have been am issue in the first place. I will never use them again and will find a different company to do the rest of my house.

Came and left to go to another job before returning. 11x12 room put a angle seam that did not touch. I pointed it out and installer left and went home. Took 11 phone conversations and 2 weeks to resolve.

Had carpet installed today. After they left i went into my bathroom upstairs and they left a mess in the toilet never flushed. Plus i have a cat that gets drowned in toilets so they are all closed. Other bathroom seat is left up and again not flushed.Plus nails all over floor. Carpet looks ok so far. After seeing that mess i will not use again. The price was very high. Not worth the aftermath!!

The salesman was very helpful and patient in providing samples and guiding us to the final selection of the carpeting for our basement.The installers worked hard and did a great job except for tucking in the carpeting along the white painted base board moldings. They left black marks along the majority of the trim which we had to work hard to remove after they left. They needed to have a non-marring tool to do this correctly.

The floors are great , we bought carpet for 1,000 sq ft and luxury vinyl flooring for 995 sq ft, sales person Alex Told so many Lies , 1) spoke against empire they filed for bankruptcy a few years ago they have similar looking flooring but quality isn't good - truth empire owns Luna , 2) you will have 18 months interest free - truth we are paying over $100 a month in interest, 3) the price I give you today thats it you won't be told anything more no matter what this is it - truth we had 7k added because they needed a self leveling agent since our house is on a slab,

Horrible customer service! Three no call no shows from an installer that that was supposed to repair my base boards and flooring. Customer service just kept saying someone will call you and unable to give us a time frame of when the installer would be at my home. The installer did not answer any of the repeated calls made to them from customer service. On the fourth rescheduled appointment for repairs the installer arrives with no tool and materials to fix the issue. Husband previously spoke with Helen Brown who assured us she was sorry and would fix the problem. I have tried reaching her numerous times, but her voicemail is full for this past week. Very disappointed with this service and will NOT be using or recommending Luna to anyone. UNACCEPTABLE. Next step is going to BBB.
