Had a wonderful experience building our new home with ICON from start to finish. Charlie is a man of his word and everything he promised up front was delivered. We had a fantastic designer in Angela Smith who really zeroed in on our vision and made the design process very smooth and easy for us, even trying to build a home in IL while living in TX. Adrian, our project manager was fantastic and could not have been more on top of our build throughout the process. Our completion date was set for 12/31 and we wanted to be moved in for the kids to spend Christmas in their new home; Charlie and Adrian bent over backwards to work with the village and trades to expedite the final stretch and was able to get us moved in early on 12/22 and the kids were able to have their Christmas tree up, which really meant the world to us. We had such a positive experience that we have a family member who has also decided to build a new home with ICON. Many thanks to Charlie and his whole team for our beautiful home!

The Icon Building Group worked with me to assess the costs of repairs on a house on which I had made an offer. This needed to be done an an expedited basis, truly ASAP. They helped me with this in spite of the fact that their usual business is for large projects. I consider ICON to be extremely customer friendly. The input I received was valuable, and I consider them to be an honest, high quality provider.

Our home was destroyed by a flood. We selected Icon to rebuild our home because of their reputation in the community and after investigating some of their local work. We could not be happier with the rebuild and the final outcome. Jenny Rice was so helpful with the design phase and the support throughout the project. Joe Stelzer was so responsive to our needs and patient with us as this was a highly stressful time for us. The tradesman were all highly skilled and did a fabulous job rebuilding and paying attention to all details. I highly recommend Icon Building Group for your redesign or rebuild needs.

Had an incredible experience working with everyone on the Icon team which includes Ryan, Joe and Jess. My wife and I are extemely happy with the final results. The icon team was amazing during our build. They were always responsive and attentive to all of our questions/needs. They did a wonderful job building our home and we absolutely love it. We are very happy we chose Icon to build our dream house.Everyone was always very responsive to our many questions. Working with Sheryl our design consultant was delightful, she was very patient with our questions and had numerous suggestions and ideas.Our project manager Mike, made everything right. He took care of anything that "wasn't just quite right" and incorporated our late changes seamlessly.Prior to our 1 year anniversary, we hired an inspector to go through our home looking for any issues - that inspector was impressed and said that our home was well constructed.We would definitely recommend Icon to anyone who is looking to build a custom home.

Wow! I cannot express how happy we are in our new home due to the excellent work ICON Builder did building our new forever home. From our first meeting with Charlie, start to finish, the process was both enjoyable and seamless. The Buildertrend tool kept us up to date almost daily.
