EXCELLENT!!!! I just picked up my Toyota Avalon from Autokrafters on Rand. This company went ABOVE & BEYOND. They had to work with a sub standard insurance company from the person who hit me. They were GRACIOUS, ACCOMMODATING and did SUPERB WORK even though I don’t believe the sub standard insurer treated them fairly. My car was fixed with great care and quality. I was AMAZED to find they cleaned the car, the interior was vacuumed, the floor mats were washed and the dash and console were all cleaned like new. They worked well with my rental company and made it as easy on me as possible. FRIENDLY STAFF/OWNER, I cannot say enough good things about this experience. It was by far THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced anywhere in a long time. THANK YOU AUTOKRAFTERS ON RAND!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother has trusted this auto shop for over a decade, and this time when she brought her vehicle in for repairs ruined the relationship she had with the shop. My mother was gifted a bottle of wine from a friend and accidentally left it in her vehicle, unopened, when dropping it off for repair. Upon picking it up yesterday, the bottle was thrown in her trunk, opened and clearly drank out of. Beyond the theft of a personal item of hers, the team was drinking on the job while repairing her vehicle and likely others. When she called the shop to ask for a reimbursement for the bottle that was no longer able to be consumed, the staff did not seem to care and hung up the phone. This is a disgusting and shameful way to conduct business and I hope no one has to experience this after being such a loyal customer for over 12 years.

My Lexus was hit from behind while stopped at a traffic light, causing some rear bumper damage. I carry Erie Insurance (also highly recommended) and the adjuster sent me to Jason at Autokrafters as a direct repair shop. Service and attention to detail is top notch. The matches the brown paint of the car to match the new bumper perfectly using Lexus genuine parts. He also removed some other unrelated minor scratches on my side door. I could be happier with Jason's help and the quality services and "kraftmenship" provided. DO NOT hesitate to take your car to Autokrafters for body damage and repairs.

They repaired the rear quarter panel(I backed into my garage) and the front air dam and I could not be happier. They finished it when they said they would and actually came in under the estimate, and I thought the estimate was very fair. This is the second time I have had them work on my cars and have been very satisfied both times.

Jason and everyone at Auto Krafters were phenomenal to work with. We didn't have an accident / any type of collision reparir that was needed with our car, but the trunk on our car had been misaligned since we bought it. I took our car here after being referred from friends, and Jason took a quick look at it and said it was just the hinge that had been affecting the trunk from closing properly. Auto Krafters fixed the hinge within 45 minutes and our final cost was less than we expected. Jason squeezed us in when he told us they were really busy for the next 2 months. They make their customers a priority and they take pride in their work and it shows! Thank you for making time to get our car fixed and for providing excellent care for your customers! We will be returning if we need anything for our car and we'll happily refer friends and family to Auto Krafters!
