Price was good because I got 105 dollar tires for 54 bucks a piece. Said they couldn't put my new ones on the front, of a front wheel drive car because the other tires.. less than 30xxx miles the tires were not okay for I'm I not sure for what reason. Nothing wrong with them, enough tread, no belts , no wires. So thats a double negative for me. Either didn't car enough to tell me what they seen wrong or they didnt want the extra step.

Called to get a price estimate on an oil change for my '08 Impala - phone was answered quickly and politely, simple answer given. Was informed they do not do appointments and only walk-ins, there was only one employee there and that it would be an hour and 30 minute wait.Called back roughly 10 minutes later to verify price and was swiftly answered by the same employee, however was told that the price went from $46 to $148 and that 'no one has called about an 08 Malibu so I don't know what you're talking about but this is what you asked for and thats the price'After stating I had in fact called moments ago regarding an oil change for my '08 Impala and I never mentioned a Malibu, and asked for the price difference to be explained, I was told that I called about a new battery for my Impala.I thanked them and ended the call, I never went to get my oil done since the wait time and guarantee of service was unknown.

They really treat you like you're somebody special there. All Walmart Auto Care Centers should treat their customers so well. Like family. Thank you so much guys!!! And Gal!!! :)

They don't do much more than tires and oil changes not what I would call an auto care center

Can we give it a 0 star? Even though I buy all my oil (well not anymore) from them, they will not take the used one for recycling (not more than 5 gallons). That’s one story. Another older one - drove in on good older tires - drive on walmart tires that could not be balanced. Their warranty- you need an up to date alignment (which they can’t do) in order to replace the obviously bad tires. So spend $100 to get another set of junk tires

An incompetent work force too worried about the damages they might cause to your vehicle during the line of work and the liability it might cause, to actually perform the requested work on your vehicle.

Showed up at 7:30 on a Friday and the doors were all shut. I called and the girl said nobody showed up to work so they weren't open yet. Excellent business!

Please go to FTO. It's been a nightmare. First car had to replace a tire. After 2 hrs I took the tire to the Peoria store and a half hour of that time was spent trying to find the tire I purchased. Then found out 2 of the original tires I had them put on in Feb were directional. I had to have them taken off and put on correctly. Second mini van bought 4 tires. Went online and spent a little more and got Cooper tires. I had no counter weights on my previous tires but all of a sudden new tires needed 6 on one, 5 on another, and 3 on one and 2 on the last. My rims look like a handicap mess. All this within one month. Today only 1 mechanic on duty so took an hour and a half when I was waiting at the door for them to open this morning. And these aren't the tires that had a slightly bent rim. My van still vibrates at 65!

It was good service, but took a while. You might want to call first to see how busy they are.
