Constantly out of medications I've been waiting a month for my insulin with walgreens giving me various reasons why they don't have it my stress and anxiety are thru the roof staff rude had to wait over a month for pain medications I sometimes will get a text saying I have a prescription available when I go to pick it up I'm told it's not ready come back in a hr I live out of town so this is a wasted trip

Constantly out of medications. Had to switch brands because they're out of one. THEN, they were having trouble oking the replacement. Which then put me dangerously close to missing medication I need. I'm not alone with them not having enough supplies of medicine. Getting old.

The people in the pharmacy are nice BUT the time you spend in the drive through is ridiculous! I just spent a whole half hour waiting in line! They closed the right drive through pick up lane for what? I would of went in but I didn't think it would be a reoccurring problem of the drive through taking so long. Get these associates some help, hire more people, and a second phone system!

Some of those working in the pharmacy need a few lessons on manners, kindness, patience, thoughtfulness and customer friendliness...people aren't dealing with a pharmacy because they are healthy!!! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because there are a few kind friendly ones....let's get the others retrained asap!

I hate this pharmacy. They are rude. Bad at answering questions because they don't let u finish speaking first. Technicians don't kmow generic names for brand name drugs. They r awful with follow thru on your refill and insurance issues. If my insurance offered another option in Kewanee I would go anywhere else.

Called for general question on dosage of medicine, pharmacist is very rude! Glad I don't actually get my prescriptions here! No customer service at all!

Walgreens (Kewanee, Illinois)called me yesterday saying "your prescription is ready for your pick up". I drove Walgreens in Kewanee (not just a few blocks but miles) got there just a little before 11am. I gave my ID and Insurance card to the Counter lady. No, You can't pick it up, the pharmacist isn't here right now. Needs to do something with your subscription to make it ready. , !!!THEY CALLED ME THE DAY BEFORE SAYING, YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS READY FOR PICK UP. NOT a happy former customer!!!

Good luck if you have any questions or don't understand something having to do with your prescription.... I have had to ask a question in 2 different occasions with 2 different people in the pharmacy and both times I was treated so rudely, they offered zero suggestions for help, and acted as if they couldn't wait to hang up on me.
