I wish I could leave more than 5 stars the customer service Cassidy provided was spectacular! She was courteous, patient, and handled the situation with the up most care! I had previously went to the peoria Verizon and was disappointed, and she handled our problem with ease! We will be using this location for all of our future cellular needs!

Terrible customer service from the only employee on site! Every time I go in there the same lady has a terrible attitude towards me and just seems like she doesn’t want to do her job! Don’t Waste Your Time!

Unless you're planning on buying an expensive new phone or tablet the employees here won't give you even the time of day. It's like looking at books at a library. Silence is all you'll hear. I didn't want to ask about phones for the sake that it won't be expensive enough. Choices of new charger cords is horrible.

I don't like the customer service in the Kewanee Store. The Peoria store representatives are nicer and help me with my problems.

Omg first off Amanda is so pretty like for real. And she is on it and hooks the community up with her let's get it done and get you out the store in one breath. I got a horrible phone and Amanda is going to be very helpful beings it's paid for itself like 5 times in 5 months. Hopefully my bill is going down from 200 bucks line to like 40 dollars like the dishonest person from Walmart said. So I don't know what to think about the fact Walmart is not going to get me ever again with there bull bullcrap contract for the first 3 days and the next day after and from this week and so on then bam 12 phones in 20 months. Verizon will be my first and last phone dealer. Did I mention Amanda is very pretty. Thanks non corrupt Verizon

Walked in and was met with hostility. Very condescending. Do not go to this place at all. Not helpful. Go directly to a true Verizon. They are pretty much useless
