“Been going here regularly for the past few months, nice place. The equipment is a little old and worn, but everything works for the most part, and there is quite a bit in the way of machines, benches, weights, etc. Employees are friendly. They recently went through and have installed new rubber floor tiles in the majority of the gym.”

“Dropped in for two workouts while in town. Coaching was great - positive, friendly, did a great job explaining things. Workouts were on point - wish I could have made it for a third day but my schedule did not cooperate. Members were very friendly and welcoming at both the morning and evening sessions. Only thing I would ding them for is no t shirts in my size. I like to get a shirt at every box I hit ;). Highly recommend.”
