They told us not to email but isn’t it 2022??? Also, our rates went up $300/mo when we added our 16 year old new driver. CC Wilcox at Envision Group in Galesburg is getting us a better rate than before we had our 16 year old driver with MORE coverage. And we did this all through email! We also learned that we were under insured on our home owner policy when we made the switch. Not cool. Under insured for $650/month? Come on…
