15min for order great! Got wings they were burnt and only 12 not 16, asked for remake said 7mins was way longer got home new wings were COLD a waste of time amd money and had to cook them myself at home!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIER PIZZA. i ordered a pepperoni half black olive, it was all pepperoni and black olive and cut awful. it’s never worth it it’s either made wrong, sloppy, or takes way longer than it should who’s ever working in the pizzas obviously needs trained again. I’ve also read reviews and the staff doesn’t seem like good caring employees. do better.

We ordered pizza tonight on Thanksgiving...We went to pick it up and it wasn't done yet... the young man making pizzas politely said it would be a few more minutes he was swamped with orders and working fast to get them filled but he still managed to keep his ingredient bins filled weigh out his dough and give a few hand tossing's before putting on the toppings I even saw him changing gloves... he was rushed but focused and not aggravated... I didn't catch his name but I hope he's being paid well because he was doing a wonderful job inspite of the situation and I told him so and thanked him when I left and the cashier was also polite #givethemanaraise

Ordered and paid online for 2 pizzas and a cheese bread. Went to pick up and the pizza maker Michelle has no order info for our name. Ok, no big deal. Ask if she can check out my online receipt and then make the pizzas. She screams at me "NO, I DON'T HAVE ANY NAME LIKE THAT!". I said ok, I understand that, but I already paid online, I have the receipt, i put the order in, clearly something went wrong, can we make it right? Again she screams "I DON'T HAVE THAT ORDER, NO!"Ok, clearly I'm not getting anywhere with Michelle, so I go talk to the cashier, Chase. I explained to him what happened, and he says to me that it's up to Michelle's discretion to make our food, in a very smarky manner. They offered no resolution to the problem, and Chase implied that I was basically trying to get free food from them. How is it up to her discretion if we've already paid? I believe that's called theft. I left with nothing. I spend around $1k dollars a month on fuel at various Caseys, but I will never buying anything from them again.

Bought through Door Dash, the poor dasher had to wait for 40 minutes waiting for a pizza ordered 2 hours in advance. Thanks so much for the most pathetic taco pizza ever ordered.

I don’t know what’s happens to this Casey’s but when you get raw pizza dough, not a fully cooked pizza, it’s just thrown into the box, I’d say mediocre at best. Doesn’t do any good to complain because management just sweeps it under the rug. Get told that Mgmt will call you back, and you get Ghosted. And the cherry on the top is when you pay in store with your debit/credit card and one of the employees scams said card for cash app to send money to themselves (yes there are police reports on this). Horrible management and even worse employees with bad attitudes.

It's pretty much like every Casey's you've been to. Good for a quick snack. The warmer was pretty empty this trip, but there was pizza available.

Keep charging my card for $20.00 when I haven’t even been at this store but once.Saying there’s nothing they can do talked to the manager. The manager she said file it under fraud through my bank my bank is telling me that it’s coming from inside store not from pump and someone is pre authorizing it and it isn’t me…..So someone is stealing card info and using it. BE AWARE. Luckily I caught it early but be aware. Make sure the skimmer isn’t fake and taking your info.

The cashier literally walked away to the office to flirt with a guy as I was paying for my stuff with a card. She never came back. Great customer service.

This place is an absolute joke. Staff is slow, with no sense of urgency when lines are long. But their inability to rarely have any breakfast before 7 a.m, has cost them my business for good
