“I dont even know where to begin with this review... Nick, you are the kindest, most honest person ever... 5 star review start to finish ! I appreciate everything you did for me yesterday! I pulled in, my Terrain sputtering sounding like it was on its last leg... well past its due date for an oil change i was so nervous.... when you removed my filter and told me this should be dripping and its not...then making NO guarantees the oil change would help the noises i was having...but hoping for the best.,,, you worked your magic, spraying this, flushing that, wiping things... when you were finished, saying lets start her up and see where we are at.....it sounded smooth as butter, no sputter, no chugging, no loud popping noises.... then after all that offering me a discount as long as i promised to bring her in ON TIME for her next oil change..... I PROMISE I WILL !!!! i was so happy, i got back out of my vehicle to shake your hand! Women need not feel nervous they will be taken for a ride when going here ( also go on Wednesday, women get $10 bucks off !) .... Ask for Nick - he wont do you wrong !!!!! First time in months I've driven to a few stores and wasn't worried my car would not make it ! I could go on and on about how happy I am... So Nick again THANK YOU!!!! The engine blew after 3 years, and they replaced it for a third of the cost. After almost 6 years, the transmission went out, and I bought another Audi wagon from them. They are the best car dealership I have worked with, and I would drive all the way from St. Louis Missouri to buy from them again.”
