I am actually still in the process of painting the bedrooms in my house, so I had to prioritize certain things, however ALEX and JARRETT were an amazing help to my wife and I at this Sherwin Williams location.These young gentlemen were very knowledgable about what paint to use and how we should go about using "accent" walls" along side the main paint we wanted to use. They helped us pick colors for the living room, kitchen, and all the bedrooms. We truly love the colors we chose and appreciate the help they gave us.They also gave us the best possible price and advised us on sales and discounts that were applicable to our situation, it was very helpful. Again, Alex and Jarrett, thank you very much for your help and when we need more paint we will be back!”

“JC Licht is a great place to get Hunter Douglas Shades from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The item was delivered before the delivery date and the installation was awesome. The installer Alex was not only an expert but was very conscientious about cleanliness. He took his shoes off before entering my home, laid his materials on a blanket on my floor to prevent any scratching and had the installation complete in a timely manner quickly. I highly recommend them.”

“I made a major mistake using a oil based varnish over an acrylic enamel paint on a very expensive Panton Chair. I called the store in a frenzy, not knowing what to do because the chair turned yellow .. And they're supposed to be bright white for the client.The gentleman that answered the phone gave me info of why it happened and how I can fix it. He spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me and was extremely helpful. I want to acknowledges excellent customer service.I end up fixing it and you can not even tell I made the mistake, thanks for this employee at the store. He saved me $1200, Thanks again.”

“I've been to a lot of Sherwin Williams stores over the years and this is my go-to store because this manager Joe Rauschert will go above and beyond to make sure that your job gets what it needs from his store. Very knowledgeable person and if for some reason you stump him in a question he's got the regional store on speed dial. He's even stopped in on my job site to rectify a situation that I had. And thank you for the hot cocoa every time I stop in. LOL”

“Always had great service here and rarely is it very busy. I'm not sure if they are commission or hourly but if they are commission I apologize for not sticking with one associate l. The paint quality is better than any other paint I've used in recent memory. The prices are high for the premium options but I'd rather spend more for something that will last rather than spend less and repaint more often. Of course they also have a lot of the paint accessories you'll need as well to get the job done. I've never been disappointed in the service and quality here and would definitely recommend them. Note: The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the prices aren't the lowest you will find and sometimes the premium options are out of stock (but to be fair who hasn't run into supply issues all over today no matter where you go?)”
