Worerst customer care ever.. I went in to Deposit a check into my account got told it can not be deposited because it was over "his" amount and his manager was not there to approve it. I said.. How long before she gets bavk ? He said before 7 and I was there at 5. Told him I'm not waiting and this is ridiculous. So I left and will Not be back. About to pull my money out and go somewhere else.

There was a sign there saying that they're going to reopen at 3:00pm. Somebody was there and she said she cannot open until the other person gets there because she can't do it by herself I got to get to work what a waste of time and I've been waiting here already for 27 minutes! It's already 3:27 and I have to be at work at 4:00 pm. At least when I do go to Bradley they're open at the time they say they are and there's never a problem.

This branch is everything the Bradley branch is not. Helpful, courteous and punctual service. I just wish this one was closer to home. I'll never go back to the Bradley location.

Amazing service. Brian opened my account and he was wonderful, patient and thorough. Deposit cash into your account right at the Wal Mart cash register if the bank is closed! They're also not all about fees and greed. I'm so glad to be doing business here.
