Out of desperation I ended up purchasing a set of tires from this place. All in all I was satisfied. The tires look good and the price was good. People were friendly.

This is by far and away the worst Walmart in the country. Today I stop to get my oil changed and pick up a few things. 2 hour wait to get my oil changed and this is not the first time I was told that. I think the lone mechanic was build a car from scratch. Needless to say I didn't bother to wait. Never again will I walk into that store.

Normally I would rate this place with at least one star, but I don't think it's worth even one star. I understand that people have bad days, or they're ready to go home because they worked a long shift...but that is no legitimate excuse for how awful the customer service was in the automotive section tonight. Remind you, I called ahead of time before coming in to drop off tires that needed to be changed. They let me know it was gonna be an hour wait on the phone, not a big deal. So I get to Walmart and check in at the automotive desk. The guy seemed pretty over his shift, I don't blame him..he probably had a long shift or something. He asks what I need help with, I tell him I called earlier about getting tires changed. He then gets all huffy and puffy and states, "I only have one mechanic". This wasn't a big deal either because I understand how things can be. But he then goes and talks to the mechanic which was more than willing to do a tire change. I want to explain to him what exactly I want to do. I needed 6 tires changed and every time I went to explain he's cut me off. Once again, not a big deal. I just respond to his questions. He gets my info and he's typing it into his tablet, remind you he's getting noticeably irritated at this tablet for not working. He starts groaning and moaning about how the tablet never works and so forth. Then he goes to get my VIN number. He comes back in and has to get my info again because the tablet deleted it. I give it to him again. He starts getting more and more frustrated with each minute. You can tell he just wants to leave work. Finally he asks what tires need to be changed. I tell him I want six tires changed. He gets mad. I've been trying to tell him the entire time but he kept interrupting. He states, well you said 4 tires, nothing about 6. "That's like double the work", he replies. Now I'm starting to get angry...because it's not like it's right before close, it's 2 hours before they close and the car before me just got finished. It wasn't gonna take long, and the fact that he was just plain rude made the entire experience worse. After all that, apparently my car was "too low" to put on the lift, which I understand. That part I wasn't mad about. I think the customer service from the automotive manager was overall bad. Would not recommend their automotive section! (:
