PLEASE DO NOT SHOP TIRE DEPARTMENT! Very poor customer service in the tire department. Was not acknowledged for about 30 min. Then, I was told that the service tech was busy and would not get to me before they closed, and then the employee disappeared. Did not even ask what I needed done. I was stranded on interstate and just needed a tire. They are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. There is never anyone at the counter to help you. I pushed their button 4 times asking for assistance. NOONE came for 1/2 an hour. The staff was very rude.

nice store but they need to start answering their phones!. customer service ladies are wonderful.stop rearranging the store,just had the lay out down and they changed it!

I've tried calling for several days and I tried multiple times. I've also tried every different department, the only department who will answer the phone is the pharmacy and they refuse to get some one from the store to help. I really need to call this store and I'm not going to waste my time making the trip if they don't answer first.
