It's the worst place to get a phone. Sold me a phone that was defective then told me to take it to bast buy to fix it after selling it to me less then 24 hours ago. also, that location is a 3ed party store, so I wouldn't suggest going there. If u have any problems with your phone or service, honestly, I just wouldn't go there, period

My Screensaver was cracked so we stopped at this store to get it fixed. Ethan did a wonderful, efficient job getting it done. He has excellent customer service skills. We are so glad we stopped at this store to get my phone fixed up!

I went to this store a few months ago. Stay as far away from this store as you can. I went in to get the Magenta Max 55 plan. This was when they were offering a "free phone with bill credits". Salesman also included a "free watch with bill credits". I thought I was getting a good deal and he proceeded to setup the phone and process the order.I thought everything was fine until I tried to sign into my new T-mobile account. After contacting customer service I found that the account had the wrong phone listed and I had been signed up for some business plan. I also found out that he had signed me up for a data plan with the watch that I didn't need or want.After another call to T-mobile customer service I found out that I had been signed up for the wrong promotional account and the "free phone with bill credits" was not going to happen. After that I told the customer service rep that I would be returning everything to the store and I was told that was ok and there would be no re-stocking fee since it was within the grace period. When I got there, the owner said that he wouldn't take it back and then said that there would be a re-stocking fee. Another call to customer service, on speaker so the owner could also be in on the call, and everyone agreed that he would take the all the equipment back with a re-stocking fee. That is, until I ended the call with the customer service person. Then he wouldn't take the return.Being a single parent, I didn't have the time to waste standing there and arguing with him. I took everything and walked out. In the end, I sent everything back to T-mobile and got a different phone from another carrier. If you really must use a T-mobile store, there is one just a few miles down the road in Bourbonnais that is actually owned by T-mobile. Stay as far away from this third-party store as you can!

Absolutely ignorant over the phone. The girl that I spoke to had a massive attitude. Clearly sounds like she doesn't give a hoot. Answered the phone with " I don't care" attitude. Sorry but if you can't handle customer service then you should reconsider you job. It's not my fault that your parents won't pay for your expenses anymore. I was asking about colors and she said " well my manager told me I'm not suppose to tell you" like it's some big secret. You're inventory is online. I was just calling to confirm so I don't waste the drive. Every other T-Mobile I have called has been great and has let me know if they had the color I needed and was never an issue until I called this store.

I start coming to this location because of the Excellent service I received from Cynthia over the phone! She goes above and beyond to making sure the customers are Satisfied. It’s never been a time that I wasn’t Happy with her customer service skills. I love the way she greets my family and I, Keep up the Great work…….. Cynthia!! T-Mobile needs more employees like her, she’ll forever have me for a customer for her store location!

I have been a T-Mobile customer for 19 years, I have never dealt with such rude and disrespectful staff in my life. My neice just moved in with me and I went to the store at 7:05 p.m to add a line for her. I walked in it was so hot inside. There were 3 employees working. I walked up to counter said hi I'm looking to add a line. The gentlemen working ignored me as he was to busy on his cell, the second a young lady just walked away, and the third asked if she could help me. I said yes I'm looking to add a line on my plan for my neice. She promptly said we can't transfer and data after seven sooooo...... I said I'm not looking to transfer data she needs a new phone. The young lady gave me the dirtiest look rolled her eyes and said to the gentleman can you help this person. The attitude and nasty looks were so bad that my 15 year old neice and ten year old daughter gasped. I asked the young man what time they close he said eight. It was so hot and they were so rude I just walked out. When we left both kids said omg did you see the looks that lady was throwing? Well yes, yes I did I will NEVER return and am debating cancelling T-Mobile after all this time. No wonder their reviews as of late are all 1 star..
