“I have always had easy and smooth rentals with Uhaul in the past. Unfortunately our most recent rental, was quite the opposite of smooth and easy. We were having issues with another Uhaul location and Uhaul corporate with our Uhaul box arriving late and to the wrong location with lots of other miscommunication. Dana, the manager, was very helpful with our drop off at the Kankakee location, and ensuring that I was able to get refunded for our box arriving 7 days late.
