The service here is excellent and if there is a problem, Nick will find it. The prior one star reviewer was just upset they do not finance. So they had to send a bogus review to feel better and "be heard." This is an honest family establishment with the best quality work. If you want the problem fixed, Rt 17 is the only place to go. A potential customer would first explain the car issue and ask for possible price range or inspection fee. Not immediately ask if there is financing and throw a fit when they don't get the answer they thought they were entitled to. Real establishments don't need customers like Lisa, they provide service to ACTUAL people, not those seeking favors.

They charged me $100 for inspection of A/C system and told me it was leaking in many places and repairs would cost ove $2000. I take it to another place and they tell me there is no leak and had a very dirty and plugged cabin filter.Service: A/C installation & repair

My front bumper had an unfortunate meeting with a semi-truck tire tread on my way to work last week and I needed someone to take a look at it ASAP. The closest dealership couldn’t get me in for 4+ hours and even then it was a maybe to if they could get me in. At Route 17 Complete Auto Repair, they told me to come right in and in 10 MINUTES I was back on the road. The couple who runs the place is extremely nice and will really go the extra mile for you!

I called to ask if the company had financing - the person who answered didn't give me a name or any information. They said they weren't interested and then hung up on me. That's very rude. How do they know what I was asking for? I may have been calling from my company, only because I cannot be on my cell at work, and for them to just dismiss me and hang up on me like that without even finding out what I needed was very rude. Definitely lost a potential customer. If I could give Zero stars I would. Their Customer service sucks.
