My 83 year old auntie was in your store recently and she had nothing but raving reviews. She was so impressed with cleanness of the Kankakee store . She was also able to get all her shopping done in one spot . She normally has to go to two or more stores to get all her shopping done. I wanted to let you know she says Jewel in Kankakee will be her shopping place. . Please take time let employees know that their doing a great and the store looks great D. Banks

Their pharmacy in Kankakee is great!! Good customer service and they are very good with their patients that get their prescriptions here. They actually care about their customers. I received a call from them once. I didn't ask them to call my doctor when it was time to receive another refill. They were on top of it! Even though I still had some extra medication left and I wasn't concerned. They still had my refill ready for me and I think that's great! You don't receive that type of service anymore. But Osco Drug did just like back a long time ago when pharmacies actually cared about their customers/patients! Even though the kankakee location doesn't have a drive-thu. I don't care it's worth the great service provided by the staff! So that's exactly why I gave them a 5 star rating!!!

Great service from jesse in the deli very pleasant to deal with made sure I had fresh chicken and potatoes. Also at the time I was there someone made a mistake on an order placed a few days ago like 20lbs of potatoe wedges Jesse hurried to fix the order and quickly completely de- escalating the situation. As I shopped I seen a few employees being very tentative to customers Unlike Wal-Mart down the street.

This store is not even worth going. they almost have nothing youre looking for in stock, rude employees who demand for higher pay but cant even do their job right, and they also have terrible management. jewel osco just hires anyone nowadays
